Your/your child’s shot information is being entered into the Colorado Immunization Information System (CIIS), a confidential, statewide immunization record tracking system. You can choose to exclude your/your child’s shot information from CIIS at any time. Please ask your healthcare provider for information.

IMMUNIZATION REGISTRY NOTICE

The Pediatric Partners Adolescent Clinic is located in the south end of our Glenwood Springs office in a comfortable environment for adolescent patients. We have the same great physicians! Registrars are available to help with check-in and check-out on the adolescent side between 9a-5p Mon-Fri. After 5p all patients enter through the main north entrance, but can request to wait in and use the adolescent space.

It’s time for your Flu Shot again. We are offering “Thimerosal Free” flu shots on a walk-in basis Tuesday through Thursday between 2pm and 4:30pm in our Glenwood Office for $25 pre-pay/dose. They are also available during regularly scheduled appointments.

Pediatric Partners is excited to welcome Dr. Heather back to the practice! Dr. Heather Gardner earned her Doctorate of Medicine and completed her residency at the University of Mississippi Medical School in Jackson Mississippi. She and her family are most recently from

Florida. They are avid road bikers , hikers, and campers. Dr. Heather also loves to fish and spend time with her dogs. She is excited to return to our practice to work!

Dr. Lindsay Lefler earned her Doctorate of Medicine at Medical College of Georgia. She completed her residency at Oregon Health Sciences University in 2011. Dr. Lefler is our newest traveling physician who will be helping us out every once in a while.

Holiday Decorations

It’s time to decorate for the holidays again! When doing so, ensure to keep the following key points in mind:

Hang breakable ornaments at the top of the tree. This leaves room for kids to decorate the bottom with non-breakable items.

Keep harmful plants out of reach. Some popular holiday plants are poisonous to children and pets, including mistletoe and holly berries. In a poison emergency, call the national Poison Control Center at 1-800-222-1222.

Beware of devices with button batteries. Keep decorations with button batteries such as greeting cards and small remote controls out of children’s reach.

Adolecentes

La clínica de Adolecentes de Pediatric Partners esta localizada en el lado sur de la oficina en Glenwood Springs en una area confortablepara nuestros pacientes en la adolescencia. Tenemos los mismos medicos! Hay recepcionista disponible para asistirlos entre las 9am-5pm de Lunes-Viernes. Después de las 5pm, todos los pacientes entran por la entrada principal, pero pueden pedir esperar y utilizar la area de adolecentes.

Pediatric Partners esta emocionado de darle la bienvenida de Nuevo a la clínica. La Dra. Heather Gardner obtuvo su Doctorado de Medicina y complete su residencia en la Universidad de Mississippi Escuela Medica en Jackson Mississippi. Ella y su familia recientemente son de Florida.
