Mid–Semester Grade Checks Due TODAY, March 8th, 2013 Grade checks will be requested for freshman and sophomore students only. Please print out the form for each class and have the professor/TA fill it with comments and a signa-ture from the professor/TA. DO NOT EMAIL THE GRADE CHECK FORM TO ME OR THE PROFESSORS.
