    PYP Exhibition Reflection

By Rayna Gogoi With great anticipation, I had looked forward to the PYP Exhibition. The topic I had chosen was the Plight of Stray Animals and Animal Poaching because I felt strongly about it. I did a lot of re-search; but what gave me great satisfaction was the field trip to Umeed - an NGO that helps stray animals. We found out that these animals were very well looked after by the care takers. Though they seemed well fed, like all animals, they loved the food treat we gave them and toys. They jumped all over us with great joy and enjoyed themselves. This was the action I took for these strays who touch my heart whenever I see them on the streets of Delhi. My heart breaks to see these animals suffer during extreme cold and hot weather. I promise to help stray animals forever!
