    School Dinners

    From 3 September the

    school dinners cost has risen

    to 2.15.

    Scooters and Bikes

    Please help us to keep

    everyone safe by ensuring

    that children and adults

    push bikes and scooters

    within the school grounds.

    complaints from residents in

    the Skillman Drive area

    about parking in the street.

    Please take extra care to

    ensure you park with

    consideraon to the

    householders who only

    want to be able to get on

    and o their driveways

    Year 6 Tregoyd

    It sounds like the children had a great me over last weekend, this was further illustrated

    by how red some of them and the teachers looked! Now comes the dicult task of re-

    uning children with the vast amount of unclaimed clothing. Please contact the Year 6

    sta or oce if you would like to look through the lost property from the trip.

    Aer a few years absence we were pleased to exhibit some of our brilliant artwork

    in the Schools Tent at this years Newbury Show. Many thanks to Mrs Morley and

    Mrs Clion for co-ordinang the exhibit. We are already planning for next years

    event and will be looking for the best examples of work from this year to take

    pride of place next September. You can see most of this years display in the school

    recepon.

    Parent Consultaons -SORRY!

    We seem to have created confusion in some parts regarding the days for Parents

    Evening in October. I can conrm that the two days will take place on Tuesday and

    Wednesday, 21st and 22nd October.

    Appointments may be made at other mes to suit personal need, please liaise

    with teachers to arrange this.

    The slips conrming appointments mes will be sent home from the middle ofnext week. Please accept my most sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused.

    Summer Reading Challenge: Myscal Mazes

    We have been very pleased to hear of how many children from the school took

    part in the Summer Reading Challenge. As we only promoted this but did not run

    it, it is only now that we are nding out who took part directly from the children

    as we havent received any informaon yet from the organisers.

    We will acknowledge all parcipants in this weeks Friday assembly. Well done to

    everyone who took part, its great that so many children read so avidly.

    first few weeks to;
