When you thought I wasn’t Looking………. WHEN you thought I wasn’t looking, you put my drawing on the noticeboard. And I was inspired to draw another and another. WHEN you thought I wasn’t looking, you were nice to the class misfit. And I felt bad that we had hurt his feelings. WHEN you thought I wasn’t looking, I saw how you used the Bible. And I began to respect the world of God. WHEN you thought I wasn’t looking you stood to greet a visitor. And I learned what it means to be welcoming. WHEN you thought I wasn’t looking, you stopped the class and we prayed a Hail Mary as an ambulance went by. And now I always pray when I hear ambulances and fire engines. WHEN you thought I wasn’t looking, you said, please and thank you. And I saw the importance of courtesy. WHEN you thought I wasn’t looking, you kept a bully from picking on a smaller boy. And I saw what justice can do.

WHEN you thought I wasn’t looking, I hear the way you prayer. And I knew there was a God I could always talk to. WHEN you thought I wasn’t looking, I saw you go out of your way tor recycle an aluminum can. And I understood how important the environment is. WHEN you thought I wasn’t looking, I watched you receive Communion. And I learned to reverence the Body and Blood of Christ. WHEN you thought I wasn't looking, I noticed your affection for the Mother of Jesus. And now I call her my Mother too. WHEN you thought I wasn’t looking, I was indeed looking. And I want to say, ‘thank you’ for all the things I saw when you thought I wasn’t looking. Page McKean Zyromski

Term 3 Fees:

Term 3 is almost at an end! Families who have nil or credit balances will not necessarily have received an update this term. Thanks for your fantastic efforts.

Just to clarify once again for all the new families – we send out statements/invoices at the beginning of each term to all families with a general message/notice and again at the end of each term. As it is a general notice covering all aspects of the account, please be aware that some of these notices will not apply to you, and that this statement simply shows the fees still outstanding/left to pay for the year.

Statements: There is an alternative statement format that shows all your payments made over the last term or so. If you would prefer this format instead - please contact Philippa and she will add you to the list. (This format will not show which invoices have been paid; only the payments made.)

Overdue this term:

Term 1 and 2 dues/fees and all subject fees, diary, ID cards and sports fees should have been paid by now. Can you please have these paid immediately or to let us know if you are having difficulties to avoid more letters of arrears being sent out to you.

Help available:

We remind you that our school is essentially a private college and signing your son’s enrolment form, you agreed to pay all compulsory fees. However, we have always been approachable when genuine circumstances overwhelm you, to make arrangements to help with this. Please contact us!

Otherwise do not delay any further – set up a payment plan if you have not done this already. This will be a great help as it shows you are willing to do what you can.
