Facelift for Fremantle Arts Centre The City is embarking on an exciting project to heat and cool most of the Fremantle Arts Centre’s galleries through a sustainable air source heat pump. Gallery lighting will also be improved with LED lighting and new light characteristics which will decrease cost and greenhouse gas emissions. The upgrade was made possible with funding from the Australian Government as part of the Community Energy Efficiency Program.
