5. Verbal Conflict Management & Observational Skills
The training will teach your security and safety team members how to de-escalate conflicts with words and to be good witnesses and observers. Certificate awarded upon completing session.

The training will teach your security and safety team members understanding on how to interact with individuals with autism and other special needs challenges.
