A huge thank you needs to go out to the Stage 3 and 2 teachers for making it possible for our students and to families for taking up this offer. Kindy Orientation This Friday we will have the opportunity to meet our new Kindy students for 2021. We are fortunate that the changes to the restrictions has allowed us the opportunity to let the students come on site but they will be completely segregated from the rest of the school cohort. It will be great to welcome and get to know our new students. These parents will be coming to the gate on Monterra Avenue between the carpark and Aspect from 9:45am. Wellbeing Week Last week PSPS students had time to focus on their wellbeing. Students thoroughly enjoyed participating in activities each day which focused on different aspects of wellbeing. Students learnt and experienced the importance of physical wellbeing by ensuring we keep our bodies fit and healthy and making sure we keep our school clean, so it is a happy and safe place to learn. All stages participated in mindfulness activities and made sure our friends and peers were OK. It was lovely to see so many smiling faces throughout the week, especially on ice-cream day!

chance to order a Gingerbread House. If you could spare an hour or two please email me at: [email protected] Mural So pleased to say the mural has been completed! It has been such a fabulous experience for students and staff to see this project come to life. We really wanted to end the year with some fun and positivity after the challenging year we have all had. I am blown away by the amazing artwork and hope everyone gets to see it soon. P&C Meeting Last week we held our second last meeting of the year. We have decided to continue our support for Miss Jo so she will be continuing on for another year at PSPS. She is such an important part of our school and the work she puts in for our students is invaluable. We definitely don't want to let her go. The AGM has now been moved to April 2021 to coincide with the P&C financial year so if you are interested in joining the P&C please send me an email with the position you are interested in. I was also asked about the roles and the ins and outs of the P&C so if you are interested please go to pandc.org.au and this will answer all your questions. Our last meeting of the year will be held on Wednesday 25 November at 7pm and we will be hosting a special guest, Mr Mark Coure MP. Alison Burns P&C President
