In the Philippines the May 10, 2004 generalelections were no doubt the most fraud-riddled inthe country’s history since it gained independenceJuly 4, 1946. The incumbent president, GloriaMacapagal-Arroyo (GMA), was accused ofspending billions of pesos (at least $1 billion) of“public money” to buy votes (in the usual“Democratic Tradition”), which included bustingby multiples the “campaign spending limit formedia advertising”. Elections are overseen by twoorganizations, the Commission on Elections(COMELEC), a government commission whoseCommissioners are appointed by the President andconfirmed by the Congressional “Commission onAppointments”, and the National Movement forFree Elections (NAMFREL).

Some three weeks ago the very influentialCatholic Archbishop Cruz began a campaign toexpose the illegal gambling payola/briberycorruption of the police, military and politicians,saying that it is the primary source of the

breakdown of law and order because it establishesthe framework within which other “protections”are bought by the kidnap-for-ransom gangs,smuggling and drug lords. When the“whistleblowers” in that expose began to uncoverthe fact that GMA’s husband “Big Mike” Arroyo,their son Mikey, and Mike’s brother Iggy were notonly on the take but that Big Mike had“reorganized and centralized” the control of thegambling to grab a larger share (thus leaving outor cutting back the share of the whistleblowers),someone got the bright idea of taking the heat offMike by “preempting” the publication of a seriesof taped conversations of Comelec CommissionerGarcillano implicating GMA in the poll cheatingand calling it a fraud. Then the Administrationcame forth with “real” tape to prove that the firstone was a fraud but the tape experts quicklyidentified the first as authentic and the second asthe fraud.

This much is clear. The administration—not theopposition—tape-recorded the 2004 post-electiontelephone conversations between President GloriaArroyo and Commission on Elections (Comelec)Commissioner Virgilio Garcillano. The object of thebugging was Garcillano, not Mrs. Arroyo. But theyobviously did it on orders of Mrs. Arroyo.

Whether it was Mr. Mike or Mrs. Gloria Arroyo,former Sen. Robert Barbers, Biliran Rep. GerryEspina, Boy, Ruben, or anybody else calling, the partyanswering, as taped, was always Garcillano. No onebugged Mrs. Arroyo intentionally. But the moment shedialed Garcillano, she entered the zone of vulnerability.

Why did they do it? The most logical explanationis that Garcillano was the one directly commissionedto deliver the votes for Mrs. Arroyo.

Among the Comelec commissioners, he andCommissioner Noli Barcelona were the mostvulnerable. Both had been appointed on the eve ofthe May 10, 2004 elections, with no chance of everbeing confirmed by the Commission on Appointmentsfor sheer lack of material time. That made theirappointment temporary—void ab initio, under theConstitution.

Both, therefore, were completely vulnerable toMrs. Arroyo. But while Barcelona knew next tonothing about the Comelec, Garcillano was an oldhand—“ako yung tao ni Chairman (Leonardo) Perez,(Marcos’ Comelec chief),” he says in one recordedconversation with Rep. Espina.

Garcillano fit his assigned role to a T. But Mrs.Arroyo obviously decided to take out insurance bybugging Garcillano. How the tape finally got out isanother story. In time, this will be disclosed bycompetent parties.

But is the tape real? Of course, it is real. Whileconfirming the female voice belongs to Mrs. Arroyo,Malacañang has mindlessly produced an officialversion, with the voice of a so-called unknown “politicalleader” named Gary supplanting that of Garcillano.And now, an aide of Rep. Ignacio Arroyo, Gloria’sbrother-in-law, who recently claimed he, not his brotherand presidential spouse Jose Miguel Arroyo, was thereal Jose Pidal, who had suddenly amassed so muchunexplained wealth, is about to claim he isMalacañang’s Gary.

This is a crude cover-up. Gary is nothing but thecode-name the recording technicians used to identifyGarcillano.

I am reliably informed that those who have first-hand knowledge about the tape are set to make apublic presentation within the next few hours. Thisshould put all false claims to rest. The tape revealsthe following:

1. From May 13 to June 4, 2004, the periodcovered by the conversations, Mrs. Arroyo andGarcillano worked in close coordination with eachother, up to the minutest detail, to ensure her “victory”,regardless of the actual votes she got or did not get atthe polls. Contrary to law.

2. Garcillano acted as Mrs. Arroyo’s closeconfidante and trouble-shooter and left no room foranyone to think otherwise.

“Namfrel (National Movement for Free Elections)is now sympathetic to us,” he told her. Not to you,Madam, but to us, please note. He spoke of theBoard of Canvassers as “our Board of Canvassers,(yours and mine, Madam President)”. Contrary tolaw.

(By the way, Namfrel chairman Jose ConcepcionJr. says Namfrel records cannot be used to prove pollfraud. This is pure nonsense. The admitted collusionbetween the supposedly independent citizens’watchdog and the special operatives of Mrs. Arroyoto steal the elections is a punishable crime.)

3. Mrs. Arroyo put to Garcillano all her problemson the ground and he was eager to solve each one. a)The opposition was filing a case against the Board ofCanvassers and the military in Marawi City; b) Theywere keeping a teacher-witness in their WitnessProtection Program; c) They were trying to get copiesof the municipal certificates of canvass from Namfrel;d) Biazon was threatening to have the ballot boxes inTawi-Tawi opened; e) She needed a delay in theproclamation of the new senators, etc. Garcillano’sstandard reply was he will take care of everything.Contrary to law.

4. Mrs. Arroyo wanted Garcillano to ensure hermanufactured lead over Fernando Poe Jr., thepopularly perceived winner, by at least one millionvotes in Mindanao. Garcillano said he would exert

every effort to do it (Pipilitin ko). Contary to law.5. Garcillano talked of kidnapping witnesses and

their entire families to prevent them from givingevidence of election irregularities. Contrary to law.

6. Garcillano talked specifically of kidnapping oneof FPJ’s top election lawyers—Rufus Rodriguez,former Immigration commissioner and dean of theCollege of Law of San Sebastian College. Contrary tolaw.

7. In one instance, Garcillano told Mrs. Arroyo ofhis plan to “hide” the election officer of Pagundaran toprevent him/her from testifying. Mrs. Arroyo saidnothing. Contrary to law.

8. In another instance, Garcillano told Mrs. Arroyohe was now trying to locate and control a possiblewitness from Tipo-Tipo, in apparent compliance with aprevious text message he had received from her. Alittle later, she asked Garcillano if he had beensuccessful in locating the missing person. Contrary tolaw.

9. Garcillano complained that Gen. Abacon and hismen and other military elements were completeupstarts in special electoral operations and did not dotheir assigned tasks well, unlike the operators in Basilanand Lanao del Sur who did an excellent job in paddingher votes, without leaving any obvious signs of padding.Contrary to law.

10. In South Upi, after the administration’s localcandidate lost, Mrs. Arroyo told Garcillano to makesure her position remained protected, whateverhappens. He told her not to worry, he was “incontrol”. Contrary to law.

11. Mike Arroyo asked Garcillano to do everythingto help administration senatorial candidate, RobertBarbers, who was fighting it out with Sen. RodolfoBiazon for the tailend position. Garcillano said it wasa bit too late, there were only a few more uncountedvotes, and some special operations had failed. Hepromised to do his best, nevertheless. Contrary to law.

12. Garciliano told an unidentified individual aboutP1-million “rewards” for their participation in thespecial operations. Contrary to law.

13. An unidentified politician told Garcillano thatsome Comelec personnel were selling some votes forP5 million. The politician found the price too high.Instead of expressing outrage, Garcillano offered tomediate. Contrary to law.

14. The politician desperately needed an additional70,000 votes.

Garciliano told the man to deliver P1.5 million toMrs. Elen Peralta, his executive secretary at theComelec, before 6 p.m. Contrary to law.

15. A certain Ruben asked Garcillano to help party-list candidates TUCP and ALAD and Biliran Rep.Gerry Espina asked him to help a local mayoraltycandidate. Garcillano agreed. Contrary to law.

16. Garcillano named Generals Esperon, Kyamko,Abacon, Ebdane and Lomibao as among the militaryand police officers involved in Mrs. Arroyo’s specialoperations, in violation of the Constitution.

The tape recording shows beyond doubt that the2004 presidential elections were completely rigged andtherefore invalid and that Mrs. Arroyo has no moral orlegal right to sit as President. It also shows that theConstitution, particularly the electoral process, hasbeen totally destroyed.

What then should we do? This is a question forthe Filipino people to answer.

“The Philippines is a democratic and republicanstate. Sovereignty resides in the people and allgovernment authority emanates from them.” (ArticleII, Section 1, Philippine Constitution). The people aresovereign. Their will is paramount. They mustdecide.

Caught with her hand in the cookie jar andchocolate chips smeared on her face, “President”Arroyo seems to be saying, “What cookie?”

How much better it would be for the Filipinopeople if she would simply resign but of coursethat is the last thing on GMA’s mind.

Senate Minority Leader Aquilino “Nene” PimentelJr. yesterday sounded a call for President GloriaMacapagal-Arroyo’s resignation, saying she shouldstep down for the sake of the nation.

Pimentel said that because “they were bothelected under questionable circumstances”, VicePresident Noli de Castro should resign along with MsArroyo, after which Senate President Franklin Drilonshould serve as “acting President”.

Drilon will then be “duty-bound” to call for theelection of a new president and vice president, he said,adding:

“The country cannot go leaderless even for aweek, much less for the next five years.”

Malacañang rejected Pimentel’s call as wishfulthinking, saying the President would not resign.

Pimentel issued the call in the middle of theSenate inquiry into the “jueteng” scandal, in whichwitness Sandra Cam claimed to have personallyhanded payoffs to the President’s son, PampangaRepresentative Juan Miguel “Mikey” Arroyo, andbrother-in-law, Negros Occidental RepresentativeIgnacio “Iggy” Arroyo.

He said the President had “no credibility left inher whole body from head to toe” in view oftestimony linking the First Family, including herhusband, to jueteng, as well as an audio tapesuggesting that Ms Arroyo had rigged the results ofthe 2004 presidential election.

“The jueteng scandal has reached the ramparts ofMalacañang. While there is no direct evidence as yetlinking her to jueteng, the web of evidence is fastclosing in on her,” Pimentel said in a statement.

He said the “smoking gun” on the alleged pollfraud had “demolished whatever claims to legality shehad to a new electoral mandate”.

He added that resignation was the only “honorablecourse of action” left for Ms Arroyo and De Castro“to clear the way for the holding of new elections”.

But Ms Arroyo put up a brave face.“I will not allow those who are out to topple [me

to] succeed in bringing down my government, and Iwill not allow them to weaken my ability to govern,”she calmly said over radio station dzRH.

She said there was no reason for her to doubt theloyalty of the military and police to the Constitution,and added: “I expect our citizens to maintain theircool heads to keep the democracy that they havefought hard to protect.”

She appealed to the people “not to allowthemselves to be used by those who want to returnto power after they have been ousted, or who wantto seize power and run the government throughundemocratic means”.

De Castro said he would not resign because hehad a mandate from the people.

“Why hold a snap election when there is novacancy? I will not resign and have no intention toresign,” he told the Inquirer.

He also said he did not believe that thePresident should resign because there was noconcrete evidence linking her to any misconduct orcontroversy.

72 hoursMalacañang was rife with rumors that the

government was bracing for a critical 72-hour periodbeginning yesterday and culminating with Saturday’s“national day of mourning” rally by religious andmilitant groups.

A Palace insider said intelligence officials hadgotten wind of a takeover plot on Saturday.

The source said the administration had takenprecautionary measures to avert the supposed plot,including doing the rounds of military camps fordiscreet loyalty checks and select media outlets toemphasize how critical the 72-hour period was to thesurvival of the government.

At a briefing, Press Secretary Ignacio Bunye toldreporters that the administration was in control.

He said the opposition was “dreaming” if itthought Ms Arroyo would step down.

“I believe that the men and women of thePresident support her,” he said.

Allies of the administration scrambled to make lightof Pimentel’s call for Ms Arroyo’s resignation.

“It is expected of the opposition to claim that thePresident has lost her credibility,” Drilon said in a phoneinterview. “It’s an opinion that is not shared by thecritical mass of the people. The President hascontinued credibility to govern this country.”

Drilon also said that Pimentel’s call was “expectedin a politically charged situation” and that “thesufficiency or insufficiency of testimonies [on thejueteng inquiry] is beside the point.”

Warning that “the next few days [were] difficultmoments for our country and people,” House SpeakerJose de Venecia called for a “united front” ofMalacañang allies in the Senate and the House to“strengthen constitutional democracy”.

He said all political parties, especially in the House,should issue “a ringing condemnation of any attempt tobring about the fall of the government and put an endto constitutional democracy in the country”.

Senator Miriam Defensor-Santiago said MsArroyo could not be held liable for the jueteng scandaland could not be “punished for the crimes of others”.

“Assuming, arguendo, that the President’s familyis on the take, this does not necessarily impact [onher] integrity. Until it can be shown by credibleevidence that she had knowledge and consent, herfamily’s wrongdoing cannot be attributed to her,”Santiago said in a statement.

A la EstradaShe called for sobriety, saying: “Let us not be too

precipitate because we might create an opportunity forthe enemies of democracy to seize power contrary toour Constitution and the rule of law.”

Caloocan Bishop Deogracias Iñiguez said that “atthe rate things [were] going” it was “possible” that MsArroyo would go the way of her disgracedpredecessor, Joseph Estrada.

Speaking in a press conference at his diocesanchancery, the bishop observed that Estrada’s fall wastriggered by allegations that he and his family hadreceived jueteng payoffs.

But Iñiguez clarified that he was not supporting a“people power” revolt against the President.

In a statement, he and Novaliches Bishop AntonioTobias said they still recognized Ms Arroyo as “theduly constituted political leader of the country”.

“We are alarmed by the increasing talk ofdestabilization ... ,” they said. “We believe this is thelast thing that our country needs, especially now thatwe are in this precarious situation from which wedesire to ... get out.”

People powerAlong with Bishop Emeritus Julio Xavier Labayen,

Iñiguez and Tobias serve as senior advisers to the

multisectoral Kilusan ng Makabansang Ekonomiya,which will lead tomorrow’s “national day of mourning”prayer rally at the Liwasang Bonifacio.

Iñiguez downplayed the idea of another popularrevolt, saying “this transition of government has notcontributed to the betterment of the country.”

“People power by itself is not a constitutional wayof changing the government,” he said.

“I’m not a lawyer, but I think [it was made to]appear legal” to push the late dictator FerdinandMarcos and Estrada out of office and legitimize thecoming to power of Corazon Aquino in February 1986and Ms Arroyo in January 2001, he said.

In both instances, he said, the Catholic Churchsupported the uprising only to oust the incumbentpresident, but not “as a way to change thegovernment”.

Iñiguez said the Church would withdraw itssupport from a president if the latter began “actingagainst the common good” and started violatinghuman rights.

In the meantime, he said, he and his groupwere giving Ms Arroyo a chance to rethink hereconomic policies and work her way out of themess.

“She should be true enough, humble enough,and human enough to look at the allegations andface them squarely,” he said.

The prelate urged the public not to rush to judgethe Arroyo congressmen. “All these are justallegations,” he said.

But he advised Ms Arroyo to “distance” herselffrom her husband and son, saying the allegationscould soon take their toll on her.

Lost moral ascendancyPimentel said another reason Ms Arroyo should

quit was that she had exhausted “whatever moralascendancy” she had since she succeeded Estrada.

“With a credibility rating several notches belowzero, with corruption snapping at her heels, and witha clearly questionable electoral mandate, thePresident no longer has a right to claim that she hasthe integrity or the moral ascendancy to continue ...as President,” he said.

He also said the corruption in the bureaucracy,rampant criminality, sagging economy, and the highprices of basic goods and utilities showed that shewas “no longer in control”.

Further, Pimentel said, Ms Arroyo had beenabandoned by her “EDSA II” allies: “A quickglance at the pictures of her most recent visitors atthe Palace shows that some of her allies who reallycount are no longer there.”

He said resignation was the “most expedientand constitutional way” for Ms Arroyo to “get outof the mess she has put herself and the countryin”.

Opposition Senators Sergio Osmeña III and AnaConsuelo “Jamby” Madrigal echoed Pimentel’sview.

Osmeña said that the President should haveresigned “long ago” and that corruption had been“going on for a long time”.

“The call to resign is the constitutional way, sothat we can avoid another EDSA, anotherrevolution, another coup, another bloodbath. If theyfeel for the people, they should resign,” Madrigalsaid in an interview.

expresses both surprise and elation at thediscovery of evidence which could be used inany properly functioning “free” political systemto set things straight. Unfortunately, “manybelieve … the Supreme Court is part of Gloria’s

syndicate of abuse” and it seems doubtful anyremedy can be found judicially.

It’s the end for Gloria as far as Filipinos areconcerned.

The straw that broke the camel’s back cameall too suddenly, like a thief in the night.

Gloria bared her treacherous self in a recordingof a conversation between her and a Commissionson Elections commissioner that clearly showed asyndicated operation to rig last year’s presidentialelections.

While the jueteng issue has been considered byher lackeys as a costly but manageable affair, theexposé on election cheating is a different matteraltogether.

The robbing of the sovereign will is the worstcrime a leader can commit against the people. Asyndicated effort to manipulate the election resultsis akin to robbing heaven’s mandate. Gloria hadlong been claiming that her presidency has divinesanction.

The tapes, beyond that of the discussionbetween Gloria and Comelec Commissioner VirgilioGarcillano, also revealed the length of treachery andsavagery Gloria is ready to commit to perpetuateher illegal rule.

With the unraveling of Gloria’s chicanery, wenow have a fake President, a pretender who issitting in a position without a mandate and thesubject of a people’s revulsion as proved by recentsurveys.

She cannot use the alibi that the heighteningdisaffection of the public in her is due to the painfulpolicy measures she implemented to put the fiscalhouse in order.

Filipinos are being scourged by her reformmeasures, the bottom line of which is reducedbuying power due to taxes because she hadmishandled the finances of the government in thethree years of office she had assumed, or moreaccurately, stolen from President Joseph Estrada.

All through those years, her focus was to fattenpolitical allies and build new alliances and networkswithin the government in her belief that such wouldstrengthen her base.

Bootlickers, hangers-on and manipulators nowabound around her and are also now what remainsof Gloria’s political base.

The populace that she falsely claims as thosewho elected her in office are all looking forward toa day without her in Malacañang.

Gloria would have a tougher time in clinging onto her stolen position with the recent turn of events.With the long-held belief among many that shecheated in the last elections given flesh by the tapedexposés coupled with the worst approval rating aPhilippine President ever obtained, it begs asking:On what authority does she still sit in Malacañang?

Throw in the excesses committed by herhusband Mike and her son Mikey using influenceand government resources, and Gloria’s stay inMalacañang becomes obviously illogical.

A recourse to a day in court, particularly in asituation where many believe that the judicial systemincluding the Supreme Court is part of Gloria’ssyndicate of abuse, would not change publicperception….

EVALUATING WHAT YOU “KNOW”AS YOU “TEST” AND DETERMINE: TRUTH

“By his fruits shall a man be known” and “by thatwhich a man believes is Truth shall he be recognized”.What is TRUTH?

I choose to focus on this very topic while keepingit as brief as “I” deem necessary for you also aremeasured by the attitudes you address and the questionsyou ask.

Most of you who speak to us on given topics aresimply asking in behalf of questions often put to you andit is far more pleasant to be friends in discussions thanwitnesses on a court-stand. I want to address this topicof “TESTING” for truth in the manner of simpleexpression for you will find that most of the tests asexpressed in scientific or psychological interchange arenot, on their own, worth very much until AFTER THEFACT of choice or decision-making regarding a point oftruth or lie in your daily encounters.

Why would I choose this topic and specifically whynow?

Because you are struggling with manycontradictions. These range from discourse andaccusations regarding Russell Herman’s Bonus 3392-181vs. VK Durham to denials that given Land Titles are“bad” in the Philippines.

No, it is NOT sufficient to say, “Well, Ekkersaid…and VK said…”. This falls into “too lazy to doyour homework” category and you then become NOWITNESS AT ALL.

WHY do you believe one speaking vs. another?I am quite serious even if your question in retort be

“Who is VK?” or “what Land titles?” We have nowwritten thousands of words and pages on both topicsand thus the answers are easily come by and throughresearch of a very simplistic nature you can PROVE“truth” in the conclusion.

“But this is just a paper of some ‘alternative’ kindand ‘I’ want news of the day...”

Fine, you will find some but THIS PAPER,CONTACT, IS TO ESTABLISH PUBLICPRESENTATION, WHEN APPROPRIATE, TO GETOUR JOB OF “PUBLIC INFORMATION”DOCUMENTED AND TRANSPARENT. This is thebiggie of the day, this “transparency”. It is even morenoxious than “weapons of mass destruction” or “axis ofevil” which used over and over again totally warp thebrain and subconscious mind.

Man has ceased to discern “truth” but simplychooses “sides”. This is the most negative aspect ofliving in today’s world OF THE LIE. While you rebukethis with “Not me” you will later realize that even therebuke is of the lie.

I do not want to lessen the interests in, say, PlanetX or, is “NESARA” real or false. I simply must focus

more diligently on getting our purpose accomplished andyou will find bundles of writings scattered about on thosetopics with semi-truth, lies, BS and more hogwashpresented into the pit of the myriad other distractions.

Let us note this “NESARA” which is said to be“announced” on the 13th of May. So what? What is anannouncement? It was to have been “announced” 9/11/01 but was not, for various and sundry outrageousreasons from the Trade Center bombings to “it was butit was in secret chambers”. STOP IT.

VK Durham claims she is behind the one shemisspells as NESR(A). (The “A” becomes the“A”nnouncement. She posted it all right onto RumorMills website only a few brief weeks ago.)

Since Durham’s claims are now PROVEN, yetpresented around the globe, to be both fraudulent andLIES, where do you REALLY think perchance theprogram (NESARA) MIGHT BE IN BEING UTILIZED?“ANNOUNCEMENTS” MEAN VERY LITTLE,READERS. AND FURTHER, THAT IS A VERYGOOD TOPIC TO USE TO SPEAK OF “TESTS” FOR“TRUTH”.

A better focus might well be THE infamous “Bonus3392-181” or moving right along with our currentbusiness involvement of Original Certificates of Title “04-1”, etc., in the Philippines. You are going to find that in “testing” for “truth” wewill list the items which are now utilized as methods oftesting in determining the truth of what you “know”. Thisis a foolish statement in and of itself and CAN only becolored by individual perceptions of the so-called scientistsand philosophers themselves—BUT, THESE “EXPERTS”END UP IN COURT AS EXPERT WITNESSES ANDYOU NEED TO BE AWARE OF THE GUIDELINES.

Of the entire list you will note only one or two areeven relevant and in the end you can only base “truth” onhard evidence backed up by FACT. “Assumptions” canbe made and ARE VALID—but are not too useful until thebackup of available evidence is “in” in order to make auseful conclusion. Moreover, the LAWS and legalregulations or guidelines MUST BE CONSIDERED INEVERY CIRCUMSTANCE. This is “even” in cases ofreligious ritual from communion practices to sacrificingliving beings. “Living beings” are inclusive of living life-forms from insects, fish, animals to human.

CLUES:

You will find “authorities” or “experts” doing a numberon you every day in every way—on this very topic ofdiscerning truth. I am not “discerning” truth in thiswriting; I am offering methods of “testing” possibilities tohelp determine truth—but YOU must do your share. Thisis in spite of the fact that in what is most pertinent to ourown program, we have supplied you with EVIDENCE andFACT along with the evidence provided by one VK inpresenting her “side”.

Our presentations are of documents and public recordswhich have been put to public press. VK’s are bits andpieces of fraudulent and fabricated documents which areobvious hoaxes where she states that she has something“recorded of record” only to find otherwise—OR,TOTALLY FLAWED AND FABRICATEDFRAUDULENT PAPERS PUT IN A CLERK’S FILE.

A good example is that she will tell you that she hasin writing something to prove what she has just repeatedas verbatim fact and the two items do not even relate oneto the other—nor has she given you correct copy.

She will tell you that recorded of record in public filesis her “Holding Trust” and give you names and numbers—WHICH DO NOT EXIST.

She will tell you that her holding trust existed all theway back to early family days when, actually, her familyname is not and was not, “Durham”. Moreover, in aneffort to prove her point, less than a year ago (now), shedid personally incorporate an entity as a corporation tomatch a small portion of her “Holding Trust” title in orderto avoid the TOTAL lie—somehow. No, she only hasPROVEN beyond all doubt that she has lied and continuesto lie and the RECORDS can be found regarding “this”matter in the office of the Secretary of State in Iowa.

She claims, for instance, that she retired “CosmosSeafood Energy Marketing Ltd.” and yet the OFFICIALrecords show, and have been published over and overagain, that the corporation is in good standing, current, andhas been since 1985 when Russell HERMAN establishedthe corporation to identify ownership and holding of Bonus3392-181, which until that time had been a “BEARER”CERTIFICATE.

She will continue to claim “Herrman”, Herrmann,Hermann”, and any other spelling she chooses and thencalls the man her husband—proven by bogus marriageapplications and certificates which are both badly done anda total fraud.

I belabor this because YOU must, in testing for truth,learn to go for the RECORDS themselves and stopabsorbing the lies of “recorded of records”, “it is in writing”and then CHECK OUT THOSE DOCUMENTS.

For you who do keep up I will extend this tale to tellyou who have checked out those signatures and spellingsof Russell Herman’s name that we have now been givenMORE documents, and another passport copy whichshows Russell Herman with a signature identical to the oneVK disputes and claims as being forged and false. TESTS OF TRUTH

In this we will simply, for convenience, copy a paperbriefly covering the accepted 12 “tests” widely used byscientists and philosophers and let you have your own fun.If you are observant and pretend you don’t knowanything about, say, our topics above, try handling theguidelines “as if”. You will find that “uninformed” almostNONE of the methods carry any meaning at all andcertainly not the one that suggests you somehow just gowithin and see what you scramble. Data in—data out.Put bad data in and bad data pours out. Put NO data inand you are beyond ignorant and actually stupid for youhave NO BASIS UPON WHICH TO CONCLUDEANYTHING REGARDING THE MATTER. Going forthwithout all the data you can get—even if you have to goresearch a bit—is equally as absurd a standard for basingyour conclusion.

Scientists and philosophers over the years havediscovered different methods of tests in determining the

truth of what they know. Not all of these tests though areby themselves sufficient in distinguishing truth fromfalsehood, and sufficiency is not always a guarantee forthe tests of truth that enjoy wide acceptance despite therelative inadequacies of some. However, knowing therelative value of each test will help us make a choice asto what test we will trust and employ in judging the truthor falsity of our beliefs especially in these days whendisinformation, black propaganda, and falsehood havebecome pervasive in the country’s political scene.

There are 12 tests of truth widely used by scientistsand philosophers. These are sense perception, feeling,instinct, intuition, customs, traditions, majority decision,authority, correspondence, pragmatism, consistency, andcoherence.SENSE PERCEPTION:

There are realists who wish to simplify how to knowthe truth. To them, truth is precisely what their senses—sight, smell, sound, taste and touch—depict them to be.

For example, the water is hot to your touch; the ballis round as you see it; sugar is sweet to your taste; andthe sound of music is pleasant to your ears. All these youexperienced through your senses.

Doubling the evidence of your senses is to make afool of yourself and to make yourself appear strange toother people who might even question your sanity. Thisis so because sensations are facts of experience; they area “stable factor in life, independent of your will or whimand gives you contact with outside reality”.

Without sensations there can be no experience andwithout experience there can be no thinking, for thinkinghas to start with what is given by your senses to yourconsciousness.

But can we really trust our senses? The answer isyes and no. As was already pointed out, our senses attimes failed to give us the true meaning of things and thatthere are realities that are beyond our sense perception.Ideals and values, for example, cannot be tested bysensations. In short, our sense perceptions are not a goodtest of truth.FEELING:

Many of us would rather follow the dictates of ourfeeling than listen to our rationalizing mind. Instead ofbeing guided by logical connections or by cause-and-effectrelations, we are easily swayed by our hunches orpremonitions, which are NOTHING but a strong feeling ofsomething that is bound to happen or may not happen atall.

While feeling is important to our existence, it cannotbe used as a test of truth. For it is neither clear norprecise and is easily influenced by the condition of ourhealth, our mood, our environment and many otherfactors.CUSTOMS AND TRADITIONS:

Customs are described as behavioral and arecommonly practiced by members of a social group whiletraditions are defined as customs which have beenpreserved for generations and have greater influence ofone’s own ways of thinking.

For instance, to meet the desire of a social group suchas families and religious congregations, certain beliefs hadbeen developed to regulate and control the behavior of itsmembers in order to have unity, stability, and security,e.g., how to behave in solemn occasions, how to greetforeign guests, what to do when disasters occur, and howto treat children.

In fiesta celebrations, it is traditional to be hospitableto anyone who will come to your house. It is alsocustomary and traditional in some societies for the host tooffer his daughter as bedmate. Customs and traditionsthen, although they served certain needs of individuals andgroups, are not valid tests of what is true or false.

men are mortal; Socrates is a man; therefore Socrates ismortal.

While rigorous form of consistency is effective forthe static or closed system, it rests on certainassumptions—such as assuming all men as mortalbeings—which truth needs to be verified. Moreover, itwas pointed out that consistency could be easily disruptedby mere introduction of new unrelated data. On this basiseven rigorous consistency is not an adequate test of truth.COHERENCE:

The coherence of truth originated with G.W.F. Hegel(1770-1831) and is associated with rationalisticphilosophers. It is a view that an idea, opinion, or beliefis true if it has intelligible, systematic, and consistentconnection with the body of knowledge that we possess.It is not enough that a statement is consistent; it must havea clear and logical link with all other facts of ourexperience. [H: READ IT AGAIN!]

Since we have to consider all the facts of ourexperience and provides us with a more complete viewof life, it is more adequate and therefore superior toany of the tests that have been examined above.

[H: Moreover, it should be added that you mustalso acquire all facts relative to any circumstancebefore you can make AN INFORMED JUDGMENT ofTRUTH.

I would point out as an example of absurdpresentation of spurious information that you considerthat those with Doris and E.J. Ekker, later put ontointernational Internet and on to being published in aPhilippine paper that “Doris was tainted by ‘darkenergies’ and therefore……”

Well, in the ensuing four years I believe thatEVIDENCE has PROVEN otherwise.

Does it matter? Probably not until the lawconfrontations are under way for the delays anddamages of such garbage has delayed us by “years”in our positive conclusion of this program. Moreover,except by public, legal confrontation, do you STOP theabsurdities of the infection of lies presented as byauthority and somehow “knowing” individuals whothen have to admit they KNOW/KNEW NOTHINGBUT DID/DO, IN FACT, HAVE GREAT DEBTS PILEDUP TO BE PAID TO EKKERS, IN THIS INSTANCEOF EXAMPLE?]

you are trying to discern truth in what we offer—we willoffer that which can be backed up by FACT to the verybest of our ability. Never mind “voices from outer space”but in your human position if you just “get the factsma’am” you will make good discernment and becomegood jurors when evaluating people’s lives in trumped-uplegal confrontations as directed by accusations by outrightthieves and liars. Is it not time to also CLEAN UP thefilthy and corrupt JUDICIAL SYSTEM FROM STARTTO FINISH?

In shared documents from other resources we willgive what they offer with or without comments but ascorrectly as offered or “incorrectly” as the case might be.However, our attempt is to OFFER WITHEXPLANATION that which can be checked out throughminimal effort and as being relevant as is possible.

I will, however, remind you that even in a COURTOF LAW, circumstantial evidence is totally acceptablewhen balance of evidence is a deciding factor but whichevidence is either missing or has been deliberately destroyed,stolen or buried.

Now to you who claim you only participated in order

INSTINCT:There are two kinds of instincts. One is limited to the

inborn behaviors of animal species. The other is inheritedand acquired. But both can be modified throughintelligence and experience. Though sometimes instinctgives us some semblance of truth, it cannot be trusted asa reliable source of truth. As with feeling, instinct is notprecise and is usually in conflict with feeling. Love andhate are both instincts; so is jealousy. To rely thereforeon instinct is to undermine the progress of philosophicaland scientific studies most of which are beyond what isinstinctive.INTUITION:

Some people say intuition is a test of truth. Actually,it is only a source of truth. Granting for the sake ofargument that intuition is a test of truth, as others wouldinsist, then, we have to contend with two major problems.

First, we will have difficulty in checking the validityof our intuitive experience. Second, relying on intuition asa test of truth will mean a very slow progress forhumankind because intuition can only be verified througha cumbersome laboratory test. It may even happen thatwhile we wait for the test result, misfortune such asdisease, hunger, or war may have already overtaken us.MAJORITY DECISION:

The practice of allowing the majority of the membersof a social group to make decisions is an important featureof a democratic way of life. By “majority” we mean thegreater part or more than half, even if the differencebetween the two parts is a matter of one point.

The majority’s decision is used in determining themany issues, e.g., what form of government a societyshould have, who should manage the state, the provinceand other political units, what laws to pass, which regionsand which agencies will get this much support from thegovernment, etc.

Some individuals and social groups may not besatisfied with just a majority’s opinion. They may insistthat majority decision or unanimous decision should bereached before any move or action is made. To them,allowing the majority opinion to prevail may not be adesirable way of resolving issues.

Past experiences will tell us that in many instances themajority opinion, as well as the unanimous decision, waswrong. For instance, people from the ancient times werewrong about the shape and size of the earth.Governments encounter serious budgetary deficits becauseof a majority decision on wrong revenue collectionestimates.

And would it not be ridiculous to allow the majorityto decide on scientific issues that they are not in a positionto do so for lack of training? Just because everyonebelieves something by the majority or does not necessarilymean that it is right or true. A majority decision, therefore,is not a good test of truth.AUTHORITY:

Relying upon authority in resolving issues is awidespread practice by individuals or groups in everysociety. For instance, religious persons cite the Bible asthe authority of their lives; confronted with a legal problem,we get the services of lawyers; to solve our medicalproblems, we depend on doctors; and to cope with drugaddiction and prostitution, we get the opinion ofsociologists or other social and behavioral scientists.

It is fact, however, that authorities often conflict andcontradict each other. Medical doctors are known to havediffered in their diagnosis of certain illnesses such ascancer. Sociologists have disagreed on the majormotivation for the runaway population growth in thirdworld countries. Judges confuse us with their differentopinions as to when human life begins or whether abortionis a crime or not. Whose word then, shall we trust?

Another consideration that weakens authority as a testof truth is the fact that there are persons who masqueradeas authorities, and there are writings, which later on arediscovered to be spurious. A well-publicized case is theso-called “Hitler’s Diary”.

CORRESPONDENCE:Truth has been defined as “that which conforms to

fact, which agrees with reality, which corresponds to theactual situation”. On the basis of this definition thecorrespondence theory of truth was formulated: an idea ordescription is true if it agrees with the object described orreferenced to.

As a definition of truth, correspondence is no doubtbeyond question. But as a test of truth, correspondenceis, in many instances, not useful. Its user will be facedwith the difficulty of comparing ideas with reality since,unlike the former, the latter may not be immediatelyavailable to him.

One immediate idea of the object and our idea of itwhen we experienced it may be compared for acorrespondence check. But is the object still the same aswhen we experienced it? It is wise then to takecorrespondence for what it is—a definition of truth, butnot as a test of truth as other people would insist.PRAGMATISM:

The origin of pragmatism is Charles Sanders Pierce(1839-1914), a philosopher who was influenced by theprinciple of Jesus’ statement: “By their fruit you shallrecognize them.” On this basis, Pierce formulated thepragmatic theory of truth, thus:

An Idea is true if it is workable and has practical andsatisfactory consequence. Any theory or hypothesis,however beautiful it may sound, if it will not work or doesnot have any concrete, practical, and satisfactory result ismeaningless or without any value.

It goes without saying that it is the satisfactoryworkability and usefulness of the idea, which not onlygives it worth and significance but also validates it as well.If, for example, peaceful negotiation by the governmentwith the rebels is believed to be the best means to ensurea lasting peace, then this hypothesis is true only after it hasbeen seen to work according to expectations.

As a test of truth, pragmatism has deficiencies, themore prominent ones being: First, it is difficult todetermine what is meant by the terms “workable”,“practical”, “satisfactory”, and “consequence”. Even if wewere able to provide definitions for those words, fromwhose viewpoint should its results be judged assatisfactorily workable and useful?

On the basis of the pragmatic test, would these ideasbe considered true despite their inconsistent workability andusefulness? Third, there are ideas which seem to serve aneed but which are not necessarily true. A good case isthat of a man who firmly believes that offering gifts to thespirits works and, therefore, is true. This encourages himto continue practicing the idea. He only discarded thisbelief when an agriculturist demonstrated to him that it isnot the spirits but the use of irrigation, fertilizer, andpesticides that give him bumper crops.CONSISTENCY:

Ideas are consistent if their meanings do not containcontradictory terms, which mutually exclude each other.Propositions like “A dog is an animal”, “Trees are plants”,and “Computers are machines” are all consistent statementssince the terms used in each sentence do not contradicteach other.

Examine, however, the following assertions: “Men areimmortal”, “Stones are soft”. The first assertion is acontradictory one since immortal means “living forever”,which is not true of men who will eventually die.Contradiction also exists in the second statement sincestones are, in reality, hard objects.

While consistency helps us detect falsehood due tocontradiction, its meaning is not quite clear because it doesnot tell us if statements which in themselves are true arerelated or connected with each other.

A “rigorous” form of consistency was developed tocheck the inadequacy of the “loose” or “mere” typediscussed above. In rigorous consistency, all statementsin an argument must necessarily follow one another.Basically, this is the principle underlying the Aristotelianlogic as the following classic in syllogism examples: All

to “get the truth out”—I ask: What TRUTH? WhoseTRUTH and in what capacity is that “TRUTH”associated?

Our purpose REMAINS: Get the TRUTH “OUT”.If you thought that to be some mystical journey

We do, however, “know” that there are notTWO such programs or Certificates and all the onesreferenced or are in our possession are from “a” RussellHerman whose signatures and identification matches thatwhich came before VK Durham and her absurd claims.

Ekkers, however, did NOT have access to thatproof until during the time we have been in thePhilippines so tampering is NOT AT ISSUE, except asVK Durham tampered with every document she hastouched in the grab to snatch the asset for herself, solely.

In prior dealings, therefore, the issued information hadto be considered as “being truth” as presented until wehave since PROVEN otherwise.

Russell Herman knew EXACTLY what he wasdoing when he turned the asset over to us to attend.

Moreover, when some of Russell’s family “heirs”questioned the circumstances of Death and holdings—VK PERSONALLY WROTE THEM, BY NAME,OUT OF THE SO-CALLED (BUT ISN’T) WILL.

If you seek truth and do so as in concluding your“knowledge” the facts, you will have to reach the“conclusion” that VK Durham is a criminal with fullknowledge of criminal INTENT to defraud, slander, libel,perjury and outright theft of MAJOR ASSETS whiletrying to also steal corporations, threaten and defamepersons.

In the cases of the Tallano Estate, the FACTS arein, readers. The fact that the “national” bank andCentral Bank are in default and in actual circumstancesof fraud, is also “IN”.

Can the ones defrauded by use of fraudulent titlesby those banks who should have KNOWN better simplythrough title searchers as DEMANDED by LAW, haverecourse? Yes, of course, and yes indeed, we DO offerthe method and solution. Justice is as Justice does.

I further suggest everyone be very careful in yourevaluations as you make your statements on someinvisible resource or worse, on hunches, intuition(especially from others), and feelings based on your ass-covering needs. I guess I begin this with some modicum of hostilityin that it does truly seem that “living” is often moreenticing in the game of “not living”—as we want but—obviously as we choose. The next likely question iswhy in the world did I choose this, or that, or surelyenough, the other?

I consider this as chaos sneaks in and clouds thepossibilities of each day as it unfolds in the limited viewor participation of the small experiencing timelines,space availability and more important, the impact ofwhatever we are doing at any given time.

It is not rocket science to see that the U.S. ishelping to “getcha rid of” the sitting Queen, GMA,here in Paradise, but the inevitable big question is:what after that?

The President’s family is under really hard attackand the husband (First Gentleman) and his brother gotout and away to “you know where” and the U.S. andCanada are definitely not better off to have them.Her son didn’t get away in time and is in hearings inthe Senate by the Senate for his activities in crime andcorruption. You see, nobody actually does anythingbut mouth until the ducks waddle home too weary tofly and expecting to come down with “bird flu”anyway.

Two bright spots in my morning are: “Bird Flu:We’re All Going to Die” and “Renowned FundsManager Predicts Global Economic Collapse”while both authors are respected, highly, as in AlMartin on May 30, etc., while I stare at a minimum of10-12 FEET of papers and stuff to sort and “get ridof”. If we were ordered to evacuate today we wouldbe in serious jeopardy of death by paper and debris.Of course I can’t consider living without the “loveletters” and intermittent “hate mail” from VK and allthe legal thrashings (good term meaning harvest) of allthat has come “before”. So, overwhelm is where weare with consideration, rightfully so, of loading it all intorecycle bins and LETTING GO OF IT while keepingthat which will make a difference as to hard copy.

Do “I” have problems? Of course, but not tocompare with almost everyone else I see around.School started in the “school system” today and evenwith something like a third of the school-aged childrennot being able to afford to even get to school, theothers in school are making do with 70,000 too fewclassrooms and needs of some 3 MILLION desks,severe lack of school books and a minimum of 69children in each class while running a three shift dayfor the teachers. AND PEOPLE, THIS IS THEGENERATION TO RUN OUR WORLD IN AVERY SHORT FEW YEARS.

Judge” to jot a note home and remind John Isaiah ofwhy he really didn’t want the paper job in the firstplace but also begging “time off” to dump my life inthe dumpster or perish in depression.

My problem, in addition to my other complaints, isthat I can’t get past anything in order to “toss it”. Forinstance, I had a BARNES REVIEW compliments ofTwo-X that is in holding, open of course, to an ad fora book called THE GODS WERE ASTRONAUTS byErich Von Daniken. Well, I suppose we have beenthere and done that but I certainly think the “Gods”,old or new, were/are whatever we say they are/were/will be. But I surely do want that book so I can sharesomething real and “far out” with you friends. I’mreally tired of Bird Flu and Mad Cows. Interestingpoint is that the magazine ad is from July/August,2004, tells you how to order in Domestic U.S., Canadaand Europe but not a peep about the possibility ofgetting anything, even snail mail, in Greater Asiawhere I could add it to my collection of “what to dowith this?” things.

Of course the “gods” were astronauts; somebodyhad to do this job while making all of us “nuts” andsetting a perfectly nice planet up with weapons ofmass destruction, er-ah, people called humans.

I laughed yesterday where there on the front pagewas a short article about some woman who tried tosell her soul to the Devil and she couldn’t as nobodyresponded except one man who wanted to know if shewould take a used car as a down payment. She wasonly asking less than $5,000 for the hardly-used soul.

My instant realization is that the Devil doesn’tneed to buy a soul—he gets them for free and afterall, “free” seems to be the name of the game. Sillygirl, doesn’t she know you have to now pay the Devilto take anything for he has servants pouring out hisears and more begging to “get in”.

By the way, those pick-up trips by astronauts, oldor recent, are “one way” because of warp anddimension changes. Most of us get the “bends” in abathtub. But I, too, long for the “easy way to go”. Imust, however, look in all the wrong places and facesbecause I’ll be dipped if I find any such thing.

I don’t have to go far for proof of livingstrangeness. Right here in Cebu are “atmospherians”and are as accepted as are the “vaminas” in Peru.They are sea dwellers, almost albino in appearance,extremely tall and actually have gills behind both ears.They stick out like proverbial “sore thumbs” in thisland of slightly built olive-skinned people. This is fine,however, as they are known as “the guardians” andthey “guard” the assets stored against this day of“change” and enlightenment. Well, a whole big bunchof gold, marked with that old proverbial Phoenixsymbol, got shifted right into this Philippines centralbank after the “looting” took place. Then the Phoenixtook flight to distant and exotic places like the U.S.,Israel and you name it. Even VK can’t think up suchtales as to but pale in comparison to TRUTH. Eventhe flight of Gunther and Russell through Midland,Texas, on the way to Washington, D.C. and the U.S.Treasury where the black hats Texas Guard “broughtthem down” can’t compare to the featherless Phoenixescapades on any given day in La-la Land.

It is a real “hoot” to find that these absurd

Political affairs are approaching boil-over along withfull attention now being given front-burner attention asit no longer is possible to sweep the major criminalpolitical actions buried here in Paradise. I remind all ofyou that our position is OUT OF THE LOOP but mostcertainly we respond to anything and everythingappropriate when queried. We have certainly had ourhands full to leakage with other matters so we have noproblem staying out of political intrigues—just beprepared for whatever outcomes precipitate.

It is fully noted that the senatorial panel doing themost nit-picking at the hearings in the Senate are fromthe Estrada family and team. There is daily bashing ofthe Estrada (Erap) case now having no meritwhatsoever, but without release of the man incarcerated.Be patient, the worst, or best, is yet to evolve. We havea lot to chuckle about and about which you might wellalso enjoy a bit of interesting humor.

We get text messages, whispered input andgoodness only knows, information of every kind from“insiders” sharing. It most often comes, however,without notation of just “who” is sending same or whatis the most suitable topic of the moment to be sharedwith us. One more recent is a message that “…In Junethings are definitely going to happen and when they do,YOU’RE IN!” Oh good! We assume “You’re” is “us”and “in” is whatever “IS” is as Clinton so appropriatelyexplained “is” and frankly, “in”.

We have, however, cleared the debris cluttering ourholdings and position right down to the TAXimplications of this Foundation now fully andLAWFULLY registered and recognized.

What we are now able to pull out of archives andbeing generously shared with us are some things tointerest even you, the readers. We have one documentwhich we will publish for the interest thereto, right afterwe do a bit more investigation for authenticity. We aretoo short of space to make it this paper edition and sincewe have some other notable notices for public attentionas to just WHO is now involved with the FDN and adiscounting of entities claiming a position, we will get tothings as we can.

It revolves around specific statements and sharingsin Cancun, Mexico at a major “Heads of State” meetingback when Kurt Waldheim was Head of the UN. Wow,now wouldn’t you just know? It is from/by FerdinandMarcos laying out his program and assets. AND, nowpay attention for I would guess that this is whenWaldheim suddenly became “Closest Uncle” to oneGunther Russbacher and “wifey” Raye. It might evenhave insight on why the diligent frauds were trying toget some latch onto gold going from, supposedly, thePhilippines to Austria. I still do not bite on the TexasRangers bringing down Russell’s and Gunther’s plane,bearing all that gold, near Midland, Texas.

Ms. VKD has bigger problem fish to fry, however,in her ongoing but uncovered, and published, material ona “Mr. Hughes” interchange she was stupid enough toput on Internet where she is caught with TRILLIANS(her word) of dollars in exchanges.

VK put a claimed “hand delivered” letter from “Mr.Hughes” on her net and it is a typical VK “Hoot”. It isobviously written by herself regarding Mr. Herrmann, etal. and all notations on the document are by VKDurham Herrmann, Herrman, Herman—and sorry, youprotectors of the lies: it is dated Feb. 17, 2004. Thisafter everything is KNOWN and published and becomescriminal felony material. Never mind the ongoing batpoop (BS) about Cosmos and Durham Trusts shecontinues to pretend exist.

Those wishing to share before we can I suggestyou go to VK’s <www.theantechamber.net> and get“Everyone wonders why is V.K. Durham so Pissedoff”?!”, along with the letter from D.V. Hughes, Jr.What a crock! I simply don’t have time to deal withit today.

I will, however, note that again in her OWNWORDS VK has noticed that: “1987, When RussellHerrmann (Herrman-Herman) finally came to V.K.Durham, CEO-Signatory after escaping from a ‘prison’in Latin America…” Therefore, again she has verifiedour documents and affidavits as to Russell Herman NOTBEING ANYWHERE NEAR VK DURHAM DURINGTHE PREVIOUS YEARS WHEN THE BONUSCERTIFICATE WAS AUTHENTICATED, PUT INTOCORPORATE HOLDING (WITHOUT VK DURHAMOR ANY OTHER ATTACHMENT) AND VALIDATED.THERE WAS NO “TRUST” AND THERE STILL ISNO TRUST. Moreover, the standing of CosmosSeafood Energy Marketing, Ltd. can be found instantlyin Nevada records currently listed and reflecting theupstart date of 1985 and to which VK continues toidentify as ID 1707-85. This is a true and valid IDnumber; only SHE has NOTHING to do with saidcorporation and therefore it CANNOT be held in anysuch fraudulent fabricated “Trust” as she describes.

Why do I bring this topic up again and again?Because it never seems to die. Just day beforeyesterday a person called to want to know about“things” and he is one who wanted us to work out“something” WITH VK Durham so we could get onwith, basically, “his” interests. More PP (pony poop)—he has no “interests” in the first place and neither,certainly, does VK Durham in ANYTHING we have orhave interests. NONE.

Are we concerned about her rantings andaccusations? Of course not because they are sooutrageous and we are so “under the magnifying glass”as to be laughable even if annoying.

Do we have ANYTHING remotely the same?Indeed, the Bonus consideration and an evolvedresponsibility. She has proven beyond even that“shadow of a doubt” that she is a fraud and HASNOTHING and no, we did not have to do anything toaccomplish that recognition. However, we still getinquiries with documents wadded in hand and thereforegoing back to square one is often necessary andALWAYS MANDATORY to continue confronting in thispaper where conception actually is documented stage bystage all along the way—sort of like that within thepages of our passports as to our ongoing whereabouts.WE HIDE NOTHING! We urge everyone to get therecords, check the courts and all registrations—TO GETTHE FACTS.

It is again time to consider our position in thePhilippines and we will probably see what longer-term(than every 60 days) permits are available. We knowof several but of course the government wants moneyheld in the bank gathering interest for “them” for sixmonths and we are still so “temporary” as to not evenconsider such a thing at this time—mainly because thereare no such funds ($100,000 as outlined) and it is not,certainly, any priority of ours to live in Manila as itcertainly has been much too long already. We will,however, do whatever is appropriate to FINISH this tasklaid before us and now including another large “asset”.We will need to go over to the U.S. Embassy within

the next months anyway for our passports renewals.Our whole good record, regardless of VK’s“otherwise”, is all neatly stamped in our passportswith every encounter duly stamped in both theoriginal documents AND ADDITIONAL PAGESADDED BY THE EMBASSY as we use up theoriginal pages. To our “enemies”: sorry about that.Anyway, it is time consuming when we need moretime for other things. We are visitors in excellentstanding and we are NOT “doing business” so whatis not to love about everything? Lately (will leaveunidentified) we have had some help which wastotally unexpected but facilitated us opening someconduits and bringing them current for, “hopefully”,protected use as we unfold this mission and secureall activities appropriately and without undue delays.We are grateful and yes indeed, we are ironing outpathways to keep everything secured, sheltered andwith ability to operate. We have to have legitimate,backed security, to shift anything back and forthopenly and credibly between here and anywhere,especially U.S.A. and parts to the North. We arefinding it operational and now we can pray for arapid conclusion and use of our ongoing intentions.We certainly will NOT, however, give informationfor the hackers or “self-proclaimed” enemies andgrabbers who hand out false information as ifsomehow it becomes “so” by their pronouncements.

We do want to thank you who search for thosethings which should be noticed in the paper for thatbackup is especially valuable to readers and mostespecially to the MANY who do not accessInternet—“like me”. My “internet” is quite differentand the lessons are finally finding practical USE aswe trudge along the endless pathways of what wecall life and living.

So, where will “we” be when the world ends?THE WORLD ISN’T GOING TO END! At bestthere will be interruption in that which we see andthought we believed and experiences will change andgo right on flowing in universal infinity. Mostly wedon’t even begin to understand our own contributionto that which IS while everything is ONLY thatwhich IS as recognized by our “own contribution” tothe “whole”. Usually we just dump things down theHOLE and wonder why things are not as we “wouldprefer” them to be.

And yet, let us face it squarely face-on: Wecannot “comprehend” that which is not somehowpertaining to our individual “selves”. It is the way ofit. However, with that realization in mind we aresomehow able to reach outside ourselves while yetrealizing our own position within the play ongoing.Even gold is a totally worthless commodity exceptfor the value we might place on it—by use andexchange. We certainly cannot “EAT” it. But, as anexample, we CAN even intake it and bring betterhealth and perhaps “life itself” through colloidalizingit and using it as a commodity of value to attain othergoals and commodities. Sitting in a cave somewhereis but a MYTH and without value except in story-telling, which is mostly fabricated at best.

I can refer to another VK interesting butoutrageous claim: In her above-mentioned sharingshe has gone into great and convoluted volumes ofher claims. She even boldly states as to all theworld’s gold: “The ‘Gold’ belongs to thisDURHAM (INTL. LTD;) HOLDING TRUST.”

Sorry, everybody, there is NO Trust (or trust)and certainly VK Durham does NOT own much ofanything and especially the gold of the world!NEITHER DO THE EKKERS! PLEASE, MAY WEGET IT CORRECTLY UNDERSTOOD.

So be it and might we just continue on ourappointed rounds and tasks and allow God to do HISwork in His best way and will.

The High Priests of WarPart Ten: A Final Word

We take this opportunity to congratulateauthor Michael Collins Piper on the success of TheHigh Priests of War even as we thank him for hisgracious permission to serialize the book for ourreaders.

WAS 9-11 THE ‘NEW PEARL HARBOR’?

Writing in Britain’s New Statesman on December12, 2002, journalist John Pilger described, in disturbingterms, how William Kristol’s Project for the NewAmerican Century had determined that Americaneeded a “new Pearl Harbor” as the pretext forlaunching a bid for global dominance. The theme laidforth by Kristol and his associates was that shouldsuch a catastrophic event take place, it would giveAmerica the opportunity to once again build up itsmilitary forces.

On June 3, 1997—three years before George W.Bush assumed the presidency and installed the neo-conservatives in power—a host of neo- conservativesincluding Donald Rumsfeld, Dick Cheney and PaulWolfowitz signed their names to a “statement ofprinciples” issued by Kristol’s organization.

The statement laid forth a goal of building upAmerican military might to ensure that the UnitedStates could pursue global hegemony, unfettered byany nation or nations that might dare to resist theagenda of America’s ruling elite—unquestionably adeclaration of imperial aims.

A subsequent design—dated September 2000—byKristol’s Project for the New American Century,entitled “Rebuilding America’s Defenses: Strategies,Forces and Resources for a New Century”, laid fortha plan for the United States to take military control ofthe Gulf region whether Saddam Hussein was in poweror not. It stated frankly that the American need fora presence in the Persian (i.e. Arabian) Gulftranscended the question of whether or not SaddamHussein remained in power.

In order to fulfill that dream, Kristol and hisassociates said, the United States must be prepared tobe able to do battle in multiple places, at one time,around the globe. To achieve that ability, theydeclared, America must engage in a majortransformation of its military, accompanied by massivearms buildups. However, they concluded, “Theprocess of transformation is likely to be a long one,absent some catastrophic and catalyzing event—like anew Pearl Harbor.”

Given that the tragic events of September 11, 2001provided precisely the “new Pearl Harbor” thatsparked a massive build-up, accompanied by the “waron terrorism” that transformed—through neo-conservative influence—into an imperial war, firsttargeting Iraq and thence the rest of the Arab andMuslim world, there are many Americans and otherswho question whether the 9-11 attacks were eitherinstigated and/or sponsored by the United States and/or the government of Israel, acting either together oralone. Such people are denounced as “conspiracy

The plan, which had the written approval ofthe chairman and every member of the JointChiefs of Staff, called for innocent people to beshot on American streets; for boats carryingrefugees fleeing Cuba to be sunk on the high seas;for a wave of violent terrorism to be launched inWashington, D.C., Miami and elsewhere. Peoplewould be framed for bombings they did notcommit; planes would be hijacked. Using phonyevidence, all of it would be blamed on Castro, thusgiving Lemnitzer and his cabal the excuse, as wellas the public and international backing, theyneeded to launch their war.

What makes this so additionally disturbing is thatthis was not some wild scheme by “mad bombers”inside the military. In Bamford’s estimation, “the ideamay actually have originated with PresidentEisenhower in the last days of his administration.”

Bamford reports that Eisenhower was determinedto invade Cuba and that if Castro did not provide anexcuse prior to the inauguration of newly-electedPresident John F. Kennedy, Eisenhower suggestedthat the United States “could think of manufacturingsomething that would be generally acceptable.”

What Eisenhower was suggesting, writes Bamford,was “a bombing, an attack, an act of sabotage carriedout secretly against the United States by the UnitedStates. Its purpose would be to justify the launchingof a war. It was a dangerous suggestion by adesperate president.” Lemnitzer, Eisenhower’sprotege, was eager to carry out the plan.

Lemnitzer also had in mind the possibility ofterrorism on American soil by Americans againstAmericans—but blamed on Castro. This terroristconspiracy against his fellow Americans was alsooffered up by Lemnitzer and his advisors whosuggested:

We could develop a Communist Cuban terrorcampaign in the Miami area, in other Florida citiesand even in Washington. The terror campaigncould be pointed at Cuban refugees seeking havenin the United States .... We could sink a boatloadof Cubans en route to Florida (real or simulated).... We could foster attempts on lives of Cubanrefugees in the United States even to the extent ofwounding in instances to be widely publicized.

Bombings and, notably, even airplane hijackings,were all suggested. Whether Lemnitzer’s proposalsever actually reached President Kennedy is unknown,writes Bamford, but it is clear that the president wasnot enamored with the war-mongering general towhom he denied a second term as chairman of theJoint Chiefs.

Yet, following in Lemnitzer’s tradition, like-minded“intellectuals” in the defense establishment continuedto formulate plans passed on to the military leadershipthat were designed to provoke a war through a stagedterrorist attack. In the end, however, no such planever seems to have gone beyond the planning stages,at least as far as Cuba was concerned.

The question arises as to whether—on September11, 2001—another such insidious scheme was carriedthrough to its conclusion. Many Americans willcontinue to wonder if that is precisely what happenedand evidence continues to emerge that suggests thatwas indeed the case.

A MUCH BIGGER GAME BEING PLAYED?

As far back as 1975, top imperialist policy makerssuch as Henry Kissinger were viewing a potentialMiddle East war as the means by which an imperial

theorists” and/or as “hatemongers”—factsnotwithstanding.

(The special report from American Free Press[AFP]—entitled “Fifty Unanswered QuestionsAbout 9-11”—contains a wealth of information inthis regard that has otherwise, quite notably, goneunmentioned in the mainstream media in America.The work of AFP’s international correspondent,Christopher Bollyn, has been frequently cited asamong the most forthright in challenging the officialU.S. government scenario as to what happened onthat tragic day.)

ONE SCENARIO FOR CREATING TERRORISM . . .

Many Americans who suspect such a scenariopoint out that there is evidence that, in past years,American officials seriously pondered the possibility ofcarrying out acts of terrorism on American soil. Mostfrequently cited is the book by respected veteranjournalist James Bamford, Body of Secrets, releasedin 2001—just prior to the 9-11 attacks.

In that book Bamford revealed that as early asJanuary of 1961, top U.S. policy makers wereconsidering a horrific scheme to launch terroristattacks on American citizens and point the finger ofblame at Fidel Castro’s communist Cuba.

Although Bamford’s book received some mediaplay, Bamford’s shocking revelations regarding theterror campaign proposed by then-Joint Chiefs of StaffChairman, Army General Lyman Lemnitzer, werelargely suppressed.

Lemnitzer, reportedly Jewish, later emerged as partof the neo-conservative Committee on the PresentDanger, the public advocacy group for the policies putforth by Richard Perle’s Team B experiment whichwas described earlier in these pages. In any case,here’s what Bamford wrote:

According to documents obtained for Body ofSecrets, Lemnitzer and the Joint Chiefs proposedsecretly to stage an attack on the American navalbase at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba—and then blamethe violent action on Castro. Convinced that Cubahad launched an unprovoked attack on the UnitedStates, the unwitting American public would thensupport the Joint Chiefs’ bloody Caribbean war.After all, who would believe Castro’s denials overthe word of the Pentagon’s top militarycommanders? The nation’s most senior militaryleadership was proposed to launch a war, whichwould no doubt kill many American servicemen,based solely on a fabric of lies. On January 19,just hours before [then-President Dwight]Eisenhower left office, Lemnitzer gave his approvalto the proposal. As events progressed, the planwould become only the tip of a very large andsecret iceberg.

A self-described “imaginative planner”, Lemnitzerkept his initial plan in cold storage. However, after thenew Kennedy administration’s Bay of Pigs fiascowhich left Fidel Castro stronger than ever before,Lemnitzer reinvigorated his scheme under the name“Operation Northwoods”. Bamford reports that:

world hegemon could be set in place.In fact, the scenario seems to suggest that the

whole Arab-Israeli conflict over Palestine wasinstigated—from the beginning—for the very purposeof sparking a global war.

This eye-opening scenario was presented in thestunning final (and probably little-read) paragraphs ofa now long-forgotten 1975 book, The Arabs: TheirHistory, Aims and Challenge to the IndustrializedWorld by American pro-Zionist writer, ThomasKiernan.

Although Kiernan did not name the top policymaker who outlined this amazing geopolitical scheme,Kiernan did describe the individual asserting thisworldview as “a senior American State Departmentofficial who has played a central role in the mediatoryefforts of Henry Kissinger during the past two years”.

This description, of course, could include Kissingerhimself and, if truth be told, the speaker was probablyKissinger. If not, the speaker certainly reflectedKissinger’s thinking as a key player in Kissinger’sglobal machinations.

Responding to a question by Kiernan as to whetherthe Middle East conflict could be resolved withoutworld war, the speaker (perhaps Kissinger) asserted:

The evolution of events in the Middle Eastduring this century can be likened to theconstruction, if you can imagine it, of an invertedpyramid.

The capstone, which in the case of such apyramid turns out to be its base, was formed outof the inevitable conflict between foreign Zionists’need and ambition on the one hand, and local Arabpride and aspiration on the other.

Note that the speaker admits that the conflictresulting from the insertion of the Zionist state intoArab territory in Palestine was “inevitable”. Therehave been those who have said, for a generation, thatthis was the whole purpose of the provocativeestablishment of Israel in the first place. The speakercontinued:

As the pyramid grew, the stones in each of itssuccessively widening tiers had added to themfurther elements—the passions and needs of otherforeign interests, the passions and aspirations ofother national groups within the Arab world. Eachsucceeding tier sucked more of the world into it.Now the pyramid is finished. And there it stands,incongruously balanced on its point, its four sidesreaching up and out into every corner of theworld.

In other words, the crisis in the Middle East begandrawing in the rest of the nations of the world—similar, precisely, to what is now happening with theongoing struggle today between the United States andtraditional allies such as France and Germany, not tomention the opposition of Russia and China, over theissue of war with Iraq—an outgrowth of the Israel-Palestine conflict itself. The scenario painted continues:

We all know that it is impossible for apyramid to stand freely in such an upside-downmanner. So far, it has been supported on its fourcorners by the rest of the world.

Although it has precariously tipped now andthen, it has managed to remain more or lessupright. But the effort to keep it upright hasimposed greater and greater tension on those whosupport it.

Tension is resolved in two ways, ourpsychologists tell us. One way is through outburst.

The other is through withdrawal. The fight-or-fleemechanism which is part of every human being’sreaction system.

Now, you tell me. Will it be resolvedpeacefully? Or will it take a world war to bringabout a resolution?

If my analogy is correct, there can be noquestion of the ultimate outcome.

In other words, a world war must result as aconsequence of the Israeli-Arab conflict. The scenarioproceeds:

One way or the other—whether one side orthe other relaxes its support of the pyramid andwithdraws, or whether one side or the otherchooses to eradicate its tension through outburst—the pyramid will lose its balance and cometumbling down.

Either way, the resolution of the situation willcome out of the dust and rubble of the collapsedpyramid. The Israeli-Arab conflict, the very thingthat started it all, will be forgotten.

Again, note the suggestion that the Israeli-Arabconflict is indeed central to the world war described inthis frightening outline. The scenario concluded:

East and West will be left to pick over theremains like buzzards dining on carrion. That is,if there still is an East and West.

Note the closing words: “if there still is an Eastand West.” What nations will be allied as “the East”and which as “the West”?

Are new alignments emerging—taking the place ofthe traditional Cold War era of “USA vs. USSR”?

Is the Arab world—along with the rest ofmankind—simply a pawn in a much larger game inwhich the neo-conservatives are only toolsthemselves?

The final outcome of the drive for a worldempire—dictated by American military might in thehands of a select few, a clique of hard-line neo-conservative war-hawks, the “high priests of war”—remains to be seen. However, based on what wehave witnessed thus far, much blood has been shedand will continue to flow.

America’s disastrous venture in Iraq is just thebeginning—and just beginning. Since George W. Bushfirst declared “victory” in Iraq, things have only gottenworse. America’s short-lived triumph has beenturning into a Vietnam-style debacle—and the body-bags continue coming home. The neo-conservativemyth about Saddam’s “weapons of mass destruction”has long ago been declared the lie that well-informedpeople knew it was. Many grassroots Americans arenow coming to realize that the pretext for the waragainst Iraq was nothing more than old-fashioned liesand propaganda, pure and simple.

The truth is: the President of the United States liedto the American people and to the entire world. Hewas influenced in so doing by his neo-conservativeadvisors—liars all—and they have effectively set thestage for the deaths of more and more Americans andpeople worldwide. A worldwide conflagration couldindeed be the final result.

There is absolutely nothing “American” or“patriotic” about the ideological or religious or geo-political motivations of the neo-conservative HighPriests of War, although today they claim to be thereal patriots, the real leaders, the real fighters forAmerican traditions. Nothing could be further from thetruth.

America—and the world—will be best served by

a forthright and unswerving drive to exorcise thesepredators once and for all.

The time has indeed come. Something has to bedone.

Who will be ruling America . . .when America is ruling the New World Order?

An examination of “the secret agenda behindthe agenda” of the High Priests of War

The United Nations—as we have known it—caneffectively be considered a ghost of the past. The UNhas been shelved, sidelined, consigned to the trashheap—at least temporarily—by the one worlddreamers who once saw the global body as the meansof establishing a world hegemon. Today’s imperialistsnow envision Uncle Sam as their officially-designatedworld policeman or, in their more academic terms “thecenter of a new international system”. The goal is “aworld that looks like America, and is therefore safefor all”.

However, despite the rhetoric—which might pleasethe ears of many grassroots American patriots (orthose who fancy themselves that)—it’s not quite sosimple. There’s more to this agenda than meets theeye.

What might be described as The Grand Schemefor a New World Order—in the wake of America’snew “imperial” role—was imparted in quite candidfashion in a major two-part policy paper in theSummer 2003 and Winter 2004 issues of The Journalof International Security Affairs, house organ of thedefinitively influential Jewish Institute for NationalSecurity Policy (JINSA), which has been referencedrepeatedly in the pages of The High Priests of War.

Once a previously little-known Washington thinktank, JINSA is now often publicly acknowledged asperhaps the most specific guiding force behind Bushadministration foreign policy today. So whensomething appears in a JINSA publication, there’s a lotof weight behind it.

The author, Alexander H. Joffe, a pro-Israelacademic, has been a featured writer in the pages ofthis JINSA publication, and that he was given so muchspace to tout his theories certainly reflects the highregard in which his views are held.

Joffe’s two-part series was entitled, “The EmpireThat Dared Not Speak Its Name”. In his essay,Joffee frankly admitted that “America is an empire”and asserts that, yes, this is a very good thing.

Joffe says that when the UN dared to take onZionism, that marked the demise of the UN in theminds of the internationalists. Joffe writes:

“The end of the General Assembly as a crediblebody may plausibly be ascribed to the infamous‘Zionism is Racism’ resolution in 1975.” The JINSAauthor contends that the world should be “grateful”that the UN has been “discredited, reduced to farceand ultimately ground to a halt”, referring, of course,to UN positions that the Zionists and their allies in theworld empire movement find offensive.

As a result of the UN being shelved as a worldgovernment vehicle, writes Joffe, “We now have theopportunity, and obligation, to begin again.” However,he warns that the emerging European Union (EU) isa threat to the dream of a global empire.

The JINSA writer asserts that the EU is an“alternative vision for the international community”, onethat, as he puts it, frankly is “the authenticcountervision to an American Empire”. According tothe Zionist writer, the biggest problem with Europe andthe EU is that “culture remains at the core of Europe’s

problems. Nationalism was a doctrine born in Europe,as were its vicious mutant offspring: fascism andcommunism.”

(Note: A fervent advocate of Israeli super-nationalism, the writer, Joffe, doesn’t seem to see thelack of logic in his attack on other peoples’nationalism—but then, again, honesty has never beenintegral to the hard- line Zionist point of view.)

Joffe complains that although “the newEuropean Empire is multi- cultural in theory ...in reality it is dominated politically and culturallyby France and economically by Germany.”Today, in the EU, he says, “driven by a senseof postcolonial guilt and postwar ennui the doorhave been thrown open to all ideas. At themost sinister levels it has permitted and evenlegitimized a vast explosion of unhinged thoughtand action, namely anti-Americanism, anti-Semitism, and a wide variety of conspiracytheories.”

(The so-called “conspiracy theories” thatso alarm this Zionist theoretician are those thatdare to challenge the “official” views of whatreally happened on September 11, 2001. He isinflamed that millions of people in Europe andthe Muslim world—not to mention the UnitedStates—have raised questions about Israeliforeknowledge and/or involvement in thoseevents.)

In any case, what Joffe describes as “theother kind of liberal internationalism” is whatthe Zionist movement favors and Joffe definesit:

The American Empire has no real ortheoretical competitors. The goal of theAmerican Empire in the 21st century is notterritorial control or the exploitation ofresources but political and economicleadership which defends and advancesAmerican interests, and which promotes thedevelopment and well being of all nations.Given our history and our values, that futurelies in leveraging the American Empire insuch a way that it becomes the basis of anew democratic international system.

Ultimately the only answer for a stableand prosperous planet will be a global systemthat is structurally and morally similar to theAmerican union—semi- autonomous stateswith secular, liberal democratic systems;where states have both prescribed rights andagreed upon responsibilities in a largersecular, liberal democratic framework; oneequipped with checks and balances andmeaningful institutions; with governancebased on rule of law and tolerant and pluralistvalues.

In the second-part of his extended essay,published in the Winter 2004 issue of JINSA’sjournal, Joffe pursued this line of thoughtfurther, expanding on his call for what hedescribed as “an empire that looks likeAmerica”.

Amazingly, Joffe frankly talks about theUnited States engaging in massive imperialconquests in the trouble-torn regions of Africa—presumably after the United States has alreadymade havoc in the Arab countries of the Middle East:

The conditions under which America and itsallies would simply take over and restore Africancountries are far from clear. What are thethresholds for intervention? What are the

procedures and outcomes? Who will fight andwho will pay? The restoration of Africa wouldinvolve long-term commitments and immensecosts, of the sort that could only be paid for byAfrica itself. That is to say, it would probablyrequire American economic control, to go alongwith political and cultural control. Colonialism is

always pay as you go, and it is not pretty. Thequestion is both whether Africa can pay the price(or afford not to) and whether America has thestomach.

Of course, Africa is not the only target of Joffe

and his like-minded schemers (and that is preciselywhat they are, however, “extreme” that term may beperceived). In fact, Joffe talks of a wide-rangingglobal agenda—well beyond the African continent.

In the end, however, Joffe lets the cat out of thebag, about the real intentions of those who are usingUnited States military power as the mechanism for a

bigger agenda. “New arrangements,” he says,“must come into being under Americanleadership to provide an alternative for statesthat are willing to accept rights andresponsibilities.” Joffe dreams of a UnitedNations that has been re-made under theimperial force of the United States. Andultimately, he predicts the possibility of a worldgovernment, writing:

Possibly, after a period of chaos andanger, which in any event would simplyintensify existing states of being, the institution[the United Nations] might be bludgeoned intochanging. [Note his use of the term“bludgeoned”.—MCP]

Rather than a club that admits all, the 21st

century United Nations might—someday,somehow—be remade into an exclusive, byinvitation, members-only group, of free,democratic states, sharing similar values. Orin the end, replaced by one. That day,however, may be decades off.

Should there be any doubt that he is talkingabout world government, note Joffe’s concludingwords:

The best way to preserve the Americanempire is to eventually give it up. Setting thestage for global governance can only be donewith American leadership and American-ledinstitutions of the sort schematically outlinedhere.

So it is. Despite all the high-soundingrhetoric about “democracy”, what it all comesdown to—in the words of this pro-Israelideologue—is the use of America’s militarypower to advance another (secret) agendaaltogether. Even many of those grassrootsAmerican flag-wavers (who may be genuinepatriots) who relish the concept of an Americanempire may find Joffe’s concepts somewhatdifferent from what they otherwise mightperceive.

But here, in the pages of a devotedly pro-Zionist journal, we learn precisely what the“story behind the story” actually happens to be.It has nothing to do, really, even with a “strongAmerica” or, for that matter, even withAmerica itself.

The United States of America is simply apawn—albeit a powerful one—in the game,being ruthlessly shifted about in a scheme forworld dominance by an elite few operatingbehind the scenes.

And, in the end, this does tell us very muchabout who The High Priests of War really areand what their agenda is really all about.There’s no mystery at all.

What remains to be determined is whatthe American people—and all other real patriots innations around the globe—intend to do about it.

The question is this: will the world finally decide itis time to declare war on The High Priests of War?

NEW YORK—Gold prices may be about to benefitfrom both volatility in and a lack of confidence in severalof the world’s major currencies, with gold’s price ineuros a key indicator, analysts said.

Gold, as a classic hedge against global investors’worries about inflation or geopolitical instability, was abeneficiary of the dollar’s three-year decline through theend of 2004.

Gold is priced on international bullion markets indollars, and the precious metal has a tight inverse pricecorrelation with the U.S. currency.

The dollar has rallied so far in 2005, lifted mainly byrising U.S. interest rates, and gold prices in dollar termshave fallen by 3.2 percent.

This month, however, gold prices have begun torebound, even although the dollar has remained strong,and with the euro down more than 9 percent this year,some analysts are tracking the price of gold in euros asan indicator of demand for hard assets.

On Tuesday, spot gold was trading at around $425per ounce and gold in euros was at 346.40.

“If gold breaks above 350 euros per ounce, that willsignify the market is shunning all paper currencies”, saidJes Black, hedge fund manager, with Black Flag CapitalPartners LLC, Hoboken, New Jersey.

If gold were to rise above that level “what youwould see is a mad rush into gold. ... It could very wellspark a very large rally in gold,” Black said.

The euro has come under pressure this month afterboth France and the Netherlands voted against theproposed EU constitution in referendums.

...Meanwhile, the dollar remains strong, supportedby higher interest rates in the U.S. than in Europe orJapan.

But Asian currencies could attract some investmentif China revalues the yuan, removing its peg to thedollar, and a weaker dollar would again provide supportfor gold prices.

“Gold is starting to firm up against all thecurrencies. Technically, that is looking very good,” saidone metals broker at a futures commission merchant.“Keep an eye on gold at above 350 in euro terms,” hesaid.

There was an interview on CNBC of the renownedfunds manager Julian Robertson. He is one of thegreatest of the old-timers. 53 years on the Street. Hemanages the Robertson group of funds. They used tocall him, still do call him ‘Never Been Wrong’Robertson. He has predicted every economic cycle,every debacle, every bull market, and every bear market.Of course, he’s a very old man now. But his reputationon the Street is like nothing you could imagine. Whenthe segment of his interview was through, his commentsalone took the Dow Jones down 50 points. Just on hiscomments alone.

That’s how powerful this man’s reputation is.Robertson was actually a teary-eyed, an old man.

When Ron Insana asked him about his predictions, hesaid that he’s worried about the speculative bubble inhousing and the fact that more than ¼ of all consumerspending is now sustained by that bubble, plus the factthat 20 million citizens could lose their homes in acollapse of the speculative bubble in housing, and thatthe Fed and, indeed, central banks worldwide would actin concert out of desperation to reinflate the globaleconomy in the process, creating an inflationary spiralunheralded in the economic history of the planet.

Insana then asks, “Where does it end?” And hesaid, “Utter global collapse.” Not simply economiccollapse; complete disintegration of all infrastructure andof all public structures of governments. Utter, uttercollapse. That the end is [a] collapse of simply epicproportion.

In 10 years time, he said, whoever is still alive onthe planet will be effectively starting again.

...The enormity of it was such that he said that theBush-Cheney regime—calls them ‘the Bush-Cheneyregime’ (I swear this guy must listen to me)—the Bush-Cheney regime is preparing the nation for transition fromdemocracy into dictatorship because a dictatorship willbe necessary to control, not civil unrest. That isn’twhat he said. He said that it will be necessary tocontrol, in 5 years’ time, food and water riots.

He said the federal government, that part of PatriotII Act, the internal exile, that the government is goingto have to build now huge detention compounds onfederal lands, probably in the West where the land isavailable, to potentially house 50 million or more citizensthat will be in financial ruin.

Food production will fall. And any further effort tocontrol environmental destruction will be abandoned.Inflation will run into the double and eventually tripledigits. People will be carrying around U.S. dollars inwheelbarrows like Germany.

And he finally ended his comments by saying thathe hopes that he is not alive to see this. And he looksat Ron Insana and he said, “The ‘lucky’ ones are theones who are my age now.”

Total collapse of public infrastructure. Totalcollapse of medical care systems.

All public pension plans, Social Security willcollapse. All corporate pension plans will collapse. I’venever heard anything like it.

But he backed that up with some fabulous statisticsthat I have pointed out before in various articles.

What he did is he did it all in literally one statement,literally. But, 14% of all real estate transactions nowbeing interest-only mortgages, and another 14% ofpeople now, that, when they bought their homes,originated more than 100% of the purchase price in themortgage and then borrowed further.

...And he had pointed out all that we have pointedout before. What he talked about is he globalized it alot more than I have in the past by saying that theAmerican consumer is effectively now supporting therest of the planet, which is true; that consumption ratesin all other nations are falling, have fallen to the point thatthe tax revenues to governments, that the business andindustries those nation states are providing is now a netnegative number relative to total debt service and publiccost, that this exists in virtually every nation state on theplanet now.

...[H]e said everyone that he knew that had a homeworth more than a million dollars in the United Stateshas sold it. They have sold all of their landholdings.They have liquidated all U.S. securities. They havebought a townhouse or something in one of the newultra-high secure semi-secret Republican compoundswith the barbed wire and the machine guns. And thenthey also own a home, like, in the Cayman Islands orsomewhere in the Caribbean. He spoke of the newRepublican high-security compounds that are being builtthroughout the Caribbean, and even in Switzerland.

And this is what he points to: He said the newwave, or where the wealthy Republicans are going intheir housing—and he’s right. It tells you much aboutwhat the wealthy Republicans think of where this planetis going: that they all want to live in these ultra-highsecurity communities that haven’t even been built yet.

And we’re talking about not simply the guards at thegate. We’re talking about communities the security ofwhich have never been built before.

He’s referring to is these new gated communitiesthat are being built with the 18-foot high walls and themachine-gun-toting guards and underground foodlockers, cryogenic food lockers, and their own powerplants, their own water. But it bespeaks volumes ofwhere the top 10% of the nation feel the planet isgoing....

...Among those filmed by Mr Yavin is an Israelisoldier in Hebron who wonders how his compatriotscan remain silent in the face of the “horrors” the armycommits, and the settlers who ask him why he’s notshooting Palestinian children.

Some settlers tell Yavin that the Palestinians must begiven a deadline to leave the occupied territories or beforced out. “Otherwise we should just bomb and killthem,” says one woman....

The theme of the person awaking from a deep sleepor coma to find a world utterly changed is a popularone in science fiction. From John Wyndham’s book TheDay of The Triffids through The Omega Man to therecent film 28 Days Later, the trope of the man arisingfrom his hospital bed to find that nothing is as it washas become well-worn.

That’s fine—as long as it remains just a story. Butif—when—a flu pandemic comes, and millions of peopledie around the world over a period of months, the realitywill be one of two alternatives. It’s either going to belike those films, with videoconferencing suddenly all therage, local farm produce making a big profit, emptysupermarket shelves (you have to ship the oil, anddistribute the fuel, but can the Armed Forces really doall that?), tumbleweed blowing in the streets, a medievalattitude to anyone not from “around here”.

Or else governments will impose a police state thatwill make all the ID cards and airport checks look likea tea party. You’d not be allowed to move anywherewithout showing off a vaccination certificate. (Sure,you’d get those on the black market, and they’d cost

more than £300, but would you really want them? Ifyou’re not vaccinated would you really want to travelamong people who might be carriers?) Or it might beboth at once.

One more thing. You might well be one of thosemillions who die in such a pandemic. If you travel towork on public transport; if colleagues in your companytravel by air to Asia; if you’re travelling abroad througha busy airport. You’ll probably touch someone or shareair with someone who’s infected. The premise of TerryGilliam’s Twelve Monkeys will become reality.

...Time to worry. And the scientists are. In fact,they’re edgier than I’ve seen them since the BSEoutbreak was in its earliest days and people werewondering if it might pass to humans. Quite a fewscientists stopped eating beef at that point. Oh, youdidn’t know?

Now, their reaction is to write papers and watchwhat’s happening, very closely. If you read thescientific journals (we do, so you don’t have to) thearticles are piling up. Last week the journal Naturepulled together an entire online resource on the threat ofavian flu.

...Here’s what’s they’re worrying about now. TheFirst World War killed seven million people. But thestrain of flu that followed it—incubated, experts reckon,in pigs that were kept near the front lines to help feedthe troops—killed up to 100 million, helped by themovement of troops returning home from the war.

Pandemics come around, on average, about every70 years or so. There were small ones in 1957 and1968/9, when “Hong Kong flu”—strain H1N1—spreadaround the world, and one million died. That was tinyby pandemic standards. The scientists reckon we’reoverdue for an infectious, fatal strain of flu, one whichcan pass from human to human by the usual methods—sneezing or contact.

...The consequences of a really big, fatal fluepidemic on modern society are hard to imagine, partlybecause they’re so enormous. Air passengers would bethe first vector of infection, followed by the people whotravelled with them in the train or Underground train orcoach from the airport, followed by the family andfriends of those people. Give it a few days and peoplewould be falling ill, then over the next weeks dying.

...“The global economy would come to a halt, andsince we could not expect appropriate vaccines to beavailable for many months and we have very limitedstockpiles of antiviral drugs, we would be facing a 1918-like scenario,” notes Dr Osterholm...

Though not confirmed, as there has been no contactbetween these Mossad Agents and U.S. MilitaryAuthorities, the speculation among United StatesIntelligence Analysts are that the actions beingundertaking are meant to serve as a warning that unlessthe United States ceases their planning for the takeoverof Israel’s Nuclear weapons more serious attacks will beundertaken against the American civilian population.

The specific chemical agent being used in these

attacks is being described as a specialized SodiumCyanide (NaCN) compound that though not fatal canmake people ill before completely dispersing leaving notrace of its existence without the use of highlyspecialized detection equipment. These attacks upon theAmerican civilian population have been centered uponlarge shopping areas and schools, and as we can readfrom these various reports:

The first documented attack occurred in the UnitedStates Massachusetts Region on May 20

th, and as we

can read as reported by the Tewksbury Newspaper in theirarticle titled “Mysterious odor closes school; authoritiesunsure of cause” and which says;

“School was again cancelled at the ShawsheenElementary Monday after environmental specialists couldnot discover the cause of a gaseous odor that sent eightstudents and five staff members to the hospital onFriday, May 20. Questions concerning a dishwashergiving off gas fumes were squashed by the PublicBuilding Inspector George Hooper. While it was locatedin the part of the building where the odor was firstdetected, Hooper said that subsequent tests indicated theequipment in the kitchen was running in good order.“We have checked everything in the kitchen andalthough the equipment is old, it is functioning properly,”said Hooper. “We have stopped using the dishwasherand students will be eating off paper trays from nowon.”

The next documented attack occurred in the UnitedStates Hawaii Region on May 25

th, and as we can read

as reported by KHNL Television News Service in theirarticle titled “Mysterious Substance Clears Out KuniaWalmart” and which says;

“There were tense moments for shoppers andemployees at the Walmart in Kunia as they were forcedto evacuate from the store Wednesday afternoon. Andit was all because of a mysterious substance thatemployees claimed to first notice in the pharmacy areaat about 1:30. But the bad odor quickly spread to otherparts of the store, according to fire officials.

“In addition to the evacuation, a dozen peoplesuffered from burning eyes irritate throats and a burningin their chests. Medics transported four of those peopleto Saint Francis West for treatment. While shoppersand employees were evacuated, a hazardous materialcrew went in to try to find out the source of themystery odor. After scouring the store with hand helddetectors that can pick up things like mustard gas andpepper spray and other irritants, the Hazmat crews cameup empty.”

The next documented attack occurred in the UnitedStates New York Region on May 27

th, and as we can

read as reported by WABC Television News Service intheir article titled “Mystery Fumes Overwhelm SchoolChildren In Queens” and which says;

“Investigators are trying to find the source ofmysterious fumes that overpowered several children inQueens. The children were in school at the time.Those kids should be fine but it was a tough day atschool because of this strange odor. This is a realmystery and on the record right now authorities are stilltelling us they’re having a hard time pinpointing theexact source of this odor.”

The next documented attack occurred in the UnitedStates North Carolina Region on June 1

st, and as we can

read as reported by the WXII Television News Servicein their article titled “Mystery Remains In Asheboro MallEvacuation” and which says;

“Authorities in Asheboro are still wondering whatsickened five people at a local mall, forcing the buildingto be evacuated for about an hour Wednesday.Shoppers complained of a weird smell in the RandolphMall’s central court around lunchtime. But police saypeople in other areas of the mall noticed nothing out ofthe ordinary. Several people were checked at the scene,and five more—including two pregnant women—wentto a local hospital complaining of discomfort in their

throats and shortness of breath. All the patients werereleased after a little while. Fire Department Capt. KeithSeabolt said everything in the area seemed fine to him,and air quality sensors turned up nothing. He said thecase is kind of a mystery.”

The next documented attack occurred in the UnitedStates Maine Region on June 7

th, and as we can read as

reported by the WCSH Television News Service in theirarticle titled “Store Evacuated Due To Strange Odor”and which says;

“The Wal-mart in Biddeford was evacuated lateMonday afternoon when a strange odor was detected inthe building. Fire officials say between 150 and 200people were in the store at the time. They all got outsafely, but at least two people had to be treated forbreathing difficulties. The ventilation system waschecked and several tests were done but fire officialssay nothing dangerous was found in the air.”

Russian Security Analysts are also agreeing withtheir American counterparts that these alternating attacksbetween schools and large shopping areas are designedto psychologically reinforce the attackers abilities to notonly attack the most vulnerable, children, but also themost seemingly secure, their largest corporations.

But perhaps the most startling revelation in theAmerican reports of these attacks is that the chemicalagent being used was stolen from a United States NavelHospital in their South Carolina Region and to whichU.S. Military Authorities were alerted to when one of the

stolen vials was broken in an apparent accident by theMossad Agents in the hotel where they had been staying,and as we can read as reported by the Beaufort GazetteNewspaper in their article titled “Fire department respondsto strong odor at Beaufort Lodge” and which says;

“A strange smell coming from a room at the BeaufortLodge on Ribaut Road on Friday afternoon led to ahazardous materials investigation of the scene. BeaufortFire and Rescue wasn’t able to determine the exact causeof the “overpowering” smell, Beaufort Fire Marshal DanByrne said in a statement released by the department.When crews arrived at the scene, the door to the motelroom was open, and, upon measuring air levels in theroom, authorities determined that atmosphericmeasurements of the room were normal, officials said.Motel manager Leilani Harper said when she entered theroom to collect dirty towels earlier that morning, the smellwas very strong, and she had to immediately leave. ‘Itmade me sick going in. It made me sick coming throughthe walls, actually,’ she said. ‘I could smell it last night,but I just thought it was some cleaning fluid.’”

Unknown [to] many Americans is that their U.S.Navy Intelligence Organization has long harboredgreat anger and animosity towards Israel over theattack of one of their vessels, the USS Liberty, byIsrael in 1967 and the targeting of their PentagonComputer Control Center during the attacks ofSeptember 11

th.

Such was the United States Navy’s anger over the

Liberty Attack that this oldest of America’s IntelligenceServices coordinated the downfall of their own PresidentNixon for his refusal to retaliate against Israel. Utilizing oneof their most promising young Naval Officers named BobWoodward to head the covert operation against PresidentNixon they then engineered the election of their ownPresident in Jimmy Carter.

Today finds the United States Military Governmentbeing led by a President who like Naval Officer Woodwardare graduates of the famous Yale University and fellowmembers of the Secret Society Organizations of theAmerican Elite, and as documented by the CTKAOrganization, and as we can read;

“The staunchly conservative Bob Woodward grewup in Wheaton, Illinois. A good student at Yale, he wasultimately one of fifteen seniors “tapped” for one of thatuniversity’s secret societies, Book and Snake, a cutbelow the more infamous Skull and Bones, but the topof the second-tier fraternities. Woodward had his firstjournalistic experience working for the Banner, a Yalepublication....

From all of these reports Russian IntelligenceAnalysts are concluding that the IntelligenceOrganizations in the United States are once againbeing headed by the United States Navy, and who isan enemy against Israel. The actions of theserenegade Mossad Agents targeting American civiliansshows clearly that Israel knows this too.

Lawful Avoidance OfKey IRS Designations

The tax advantages of properly operated Nevada corporate shelters may be secondary to the benefitsof liability protection, asset protection and privacy but they are worth discussing all the same, especiallysince many tax professionals don’t seem to “get it”.

The IRS will tag a corporation as a “Personal Holding Company” and assess a surcharge of 39.6% onundistributed earnings in cases where more than 60% of the corporation’s income is derived from “passive”sources such as dividends, interest and rental income. The IRS applies a designation of “Personal ServicesCorporation”, assessing all income at a flat rate of 35%, in cases where a C corporation is engaged in theperformance of personal services (consulting-type work) and where such services are performed byemployee-owners. Yet another IRS designation is that of “Controlled Group”, based on complicated rulesfor determining allowable cross-ownership of corporations, whereby the IRS seeks to lump all of the incomeinto a single, consolidated return—resulting in the highest possible tax rate, of course.

Each of these designations is based on the corporation’s OWNERSHIP. How very fortunate, then, thatownership of Nevada corporations is statutorily permitted to be very PRIVATE: It is not a matter of publicrecord, only of the protected (by NRS 78.257) internal records of the corporation.

To be considered a “Personal Holding Company” a corporation must be owned by five or fewerstockholders. It is totally permissible for a corporation to earn 100% of its income from passive sources,as long as it is owned by six or more stockholders. It is similarly easy to avoid the designation of “PersonalServices Corporation”: Don’t own the stock! “Controlled Group” status is also very easily avoided withNevada corporations: Simply ensure that no entity owns 80% or more of any other entity and that inbrother-sister corporate relationships there are six or more stockholders. As no liability is attached to stockownership, surely you could find a trustworthy friend or six who wouldn’t mind holding stock in thecorporation? If not, give us a call—we know of hundreds of corporations in similar circumstances.

With regard to “Controlled Group” status, the IRS has from time to time invoked Section 482 of theInfernal Revenue Code, which lumps together income from corporations if they APPEAR to act out ofa unity of interest. To our knowledge, however, even this blanketing regulation is relatively easily overcome,as long as the corporations act in their own, separate, well-documented self-interest.
