Conclusion• Majority of the nurses rated pay and promotion

lower than work

• The nurses might not be satisfied with their pay and promotion as much as they are with the work

• The Healthcare should work on better pay structure and provide better opportunities to retain the nurses and avoid shortage of nurses in future.

• Improve the work quality in Private and VA.
