NEWS FROM THE SCHOOL OFFICE 21st November 2014 SCHOOL DINNERS WEEK Week Three NEWS There is still time to book your free tickets to attend “The Silent Night of World War One” Carols in the Stadium. The event will take place on Tuesday 9th December 7pm – 8.15pm. To register for the free event log on to silentnightcpfc.eventbrite.co.uk This is for safety purposes so that Selhurst Park has enough staff on the night. More details can be found below.

SCHOOL PHOTOS The school photos will be sent out today. EcoPix who specialises in environmentally friendly and economical photos has produced the photos. The envelope contains the finished product. So all you need to do is decide whether you wish to purchase either the whole or part of the pack. Instructions are on the reverse of the photos. Can you please return either the correct payment or unwanted packs by Monday 8th December.

P.T.A Volunteers are needed to help organise the Christmas Disco, which is due to take place on Friday 12th December. This will involve selling tickets prior to the event, preparing food and supervising the children on the night. If you wish to volunteer please see the school office with your details. If there are not enough people volunteering then the Christmas disco will not take place. Please express your interest by Wednesday 26th November. CHRISTMAS LUNCH Christmas lunch this year will take place on Wednesday 17th December. If your child is going to have a pack lunch from home on that day please inform us. Otherwise we will assume your child will

be having a school lunch. The menu is shown on the following page. EDIBLE GARDEN Over the coming months we will be setting up edible garden areas around the school grounds with the main one being near the Tennison Road entrance. If any of you have green fingers and would like to help out with Gardening Club on Mondays after school please speak to the school office. SELHURST SPORTS AREA Selhurst Sports Arena is still looking for people to complete their survey. It will only take a few minutes of your time.
