Media planning for LS1Calendar of visits provided by usDuration: 1 or 2 days visit (better 2 days to have time for individual interviews)Programme: Day1: - One hour introduction about CERN and the LS1 (LHC upgrade/last results)- Visits underground: 2 detectors and the LHC accelerator (normally print press will not see the LHC tunnel – only for visual media) – Exceptional to visit the LHC!!!!Day2: Individual interviews according to a list of physicists decided in collaboration with Interactions/EPPCN members.Costs: CERN will pay for meals on CERN site, but accommodation and travel/transport should be organized and paid by Interactions/EPPCN members.Number of participants: Maximum 24 people (2 groups of 12p.) including accompanying people if they want to go underground as well.
