High Tech in Dentistry Too!Advanced technology is something we have continued to invest in. Are you wondering why that might be relevant and important to you?

Well, if you do have a specialist or more complex procedure such as a dental implant, root canal treatment or oral surgery here at CrownWood Dental, there is special technology we use called a CBCT (Cone Beam Computed Tomography) scanner.

CBCT a special type of X-ray equipment used when regular dental or facial X-rays are not sufficient. It produces three dimensional (3D) images of your teeth, soft tissues, nerve pathways and bone in a single scan. As every patient is unique of course, it helps our dentists to plan your specific treatment, and gives you added peace of mind that we are using the most advanced diagnostic techniques to provide you with safe and predictable outcomes.
