GENERAL TERMS
1. Applicable for Round-trip travel between Hong Kong (HKG) and the routes above.
2. Fares are eligible to Hong Kong International Airport staff; Original staff ID card,
name card or company letter must be presented to HX for verification upon request.
3. All passengers must be travel together during the whole journey.
4. All tickets will be issued as adult tickets with the collection of all adult taxes.
5. All fare are in Net amount.
6. Hong Kong Security Service Charge, all fuel surcharges, taxes and other
surcharges are not included.
7. Child fare is same as the corresponding adult fare. No infant fare provided.
8. Non-endorsable, Non-refundable, Non-reroutable.
9. No-show / Rebooking fee HKD1200 is applied.
10. Ticket validity: 0 - 1 Month
(whole journey must be completed on or before 26Sep18 for OOL&CNS and
27Sep18 for AKL).
11. Confirmed reservation must be made for entire journey.
12. The ticket must be issued within 72 hours after reservation.
13. Open ticket are not permitted.
14. No name changes are allowed once reservation has been made.
15. Flight Application: HX operating flight only.

APPLICATION PROCEDURES
1. Please fill in the Application Form and send e-mail to [email protected] with below
document (s):
Completed application form;
Staff ID card, name card or company letter must be provided as attachment*;
*Scanned image can only be in the form of PDF or JPEG.
2. We will create booking, send you back the confirmation and the applicable tax amount.
3. Once booking confirmed, bank-in your payment within 24 hours to HONG KONG AIRLINES
LTD, bank account details please see below:

Account No. : 019-595-1-042114-0 (for HKD only).
Failure to do so will result to automatically cancellation of created booking without further
notice.
4. Once you bank-in the payment, please email the bank-in slip to [email protected]
for verification.
5. Once bank-in payment received, e-ticket will be issued and emailed to the applicant within
5 working days, which based on system time of email received.
Any amendment after payment will not be entertained.
6. HX Sales Office reserves the rights to reject the application which are not following stated
terms and conditions.
7. Final judgment and definition are subject to the discretion of HX Sales Office.
