Why I chose to Visit New Zealand I chose to visit New Zealand on my trip as I have

never visited the country and I also love their hot climate of coarse! New Zealand’s is also one of the biggest countries for surfing which is a personal interest of mine. My plan was to work as a life guard or surfing instructor while I’m over there as I am officially qualified to do so now. New Zealand is known for many things including it’s sandy beaches, beautiful scenery, rugby and it’s old tribal culture. On my visit I would love to see the All Blacks play in their home stadium. I would also love to learn more about their pervious tribal cultures.

Food The most well known New Zealand dish is

definitely the Pavlova. It is basically like a cross between an angel food cake and a giant meringue and is a Kiwi icon. They are typically topped with whipped cream, kiwifruit or strawberries.

However the most popular savoury dish is either a traditional Maori (the native people of New Zealand) dish, or a colonial one.
