Robert attended Eastern University and graduated Cum Laude with a degree in business marketing. Since joining USMR in 2011, Robert has assisted hundreds of investors with acquiring distressed 1st and 2nd position mortgage notes secured by residential real estate nationwide. Over the last three years, he has sold over a thousand notes, in excess of $100MM of unpaid principal balance, ~$70MM of debt in 2014 alone. On the buy side, he has participated in the due diligence of tens of thousands of mortgage notes and continues to assist USMR in reviewing portfolios direct from major banks on a regular basis. Over the course of his tenure with USMR, Rob has served a major role in the pricing and acquisition of well over $250MM of debt secured by nearly $1B of real estate value. When he's not in the office, Rob enjoys the competition of pick-up sports with friends and jamming with fellow musicians (typically on his guitar or sax). Fun fact: Rob and his family band spent two and a half weeks last year on a tour of Europe performing gigs from Brussels to Prague, ending with an international youth festival in Liberec.

Rosalie Bucci has over 25 years of knowledge and experience in the real estate field. Five years ago she purchased her first mortgage note and has never looked back. As a founding member of National Payment Relief, LLC, she has purchased, worked-out, sold and managed thousands of mortgage notes. Most have been 2nd liens with a few 1st liens. Why 2nd liens; because you can spread your risk over many notes and the returns are much higher than 1st lien notes. She has helped many investors get started in the note investment field. She heads a local mastermind group for investors who are in the business of working out notes. Her model is to keep the homeowners in their home. Everyone wins!

Saprina Allen Main Street Capital Partners
Saprina oversaw the loss mitigation department of a boutique hedge fund that owned mortgage assets in 36 states and Puerto Rico while also overseeing the management of more than $36M of defaulted mortgage assets. An active note investor herself, she uses her deep understanding of credit reports, bankruptcy filings, pay history and servicing notes to determine what exit strategy will be most effective. Saprina has 20 years of collections and mortgage experience and has worked debt portfolios for national financial institutions and individual note investors with great success. Her well-rounded experience and education all paved the way for her current position as Executive Vice President for Main Street Capital.
