Mike Ruscica is the founder of NoteConference and constantly involved in researching different types of investments. Most of his interests revolve around one form of real estate or another. He is currently in the defaulted mortgage space, which he believes is the place to be right now given the current climate. Robert attended Eastern University and graduated Cum Laude with a degree in business marketing. Since joining USMR in 2011, Robert has assisted hundreds of investors with acquiring distressed 1st and 2nd position mortgage notes secured by residential real estate nationwide. Over the last three years, he has sold over a thousand notes, in excess of $100MM of unpaid principal balance, ~$70MM of debt in 2014 alone.
