Brett will take pictures of each requested object or take them from the database that we already have/ take his own images to put in a folder to store on the S:Drive with a comment on the status of the objects that will take a bit longer to get.

Brett will document/ photocopy an image of all maps/ brochures that pertains to us.

There are many books that we should take advantage of for any references located by Regina’s desk or in curatorial and archives.

The author of Miss Subway’s book that we have here will shortly be providing us with the raw materials and references that she used to write the book. (This could be useful if we wanted to focus on a few of the women and their stories).

The keys, colorful lens, and conductor hat will be treated as a loan item due to liability and importance of the object for its safety. These will also be followed by a report every few weeks of the condition that these items are in.

Tuesdays are the best days to schedule appointments with Carry, or the department of curatorial that deal with photographs.

Carry has a drawer of extra maps and brochures to choose from. This includes subway maps, bus maps that date back to the 1950’s and 1960’s.

Newspapers will be flagged and are usually donated to us, so any that Brett can find he will give to us and save to put on the side.

Electrical gloves will have to be ordered since we have only one pair in curatorial. David can help us with the special order request, and may have to be ordered in an office supply list.

Any extra badges separate from the education department will be treated as a loan item so Brett can have a report with details on the condition of them.

Brett offered to cut a piece of extra seat material that is no longer in use if needed. (Although we have rattan material already)*

Leather straps may be made from belts or other material. We do not have any extra straps for hanging in canvas or leather.

All pictures given to us from curatorial must be in a protective clear sleeve.

If we need an extra door handle separate from the one we already have in the Ed. Department and there are not any extras.

Curatorial has spares of a master control, and brake handles if needed.

A lot of records from people in the past have been tossed due to privacy reasons, which is why a lot of information is hard to connect with photographs of people that we have.

Work vests could be interesting to do a compare and contrast.
