IN THE LETTING OF JUNE 3, 2020

NOTE: This amendment shall be attached to and become a part of the Proposal for Contract TAA 20-6.

NOTICE Due to the requirements of social distancing for the COVID-19 virus, bidders will be limited to sending ONE representative per company to the public bid opening at NYSTA Headquarters. Bid results will be available on-line as soon as possible. PROPOSAL

1. DELETE the following Item:

Note that this is the very same item that has been deleted above except that the attached Page 170A-A2 identifies that this item is a Fixed Price Item and the prospective bidder is to bid this amount.
