MANAGEMENT

Rick Mark, CEO & Chair – Rick has 24 years experience in the public marketplace and has been

CEO of VMS Ventures since 2005. VMS, and the three affiliated exploration companies in the North

Shore Mining Group, have raised over $45,000,000 since 2007.

John Roozendaal, President – John is the founding director of VMS Ventures Inc. He has been

involved in the mineral exploration industry for over 18 years, focusing on precious, base and

specialty metals in North America. John has been President of VMS since 2001.

Neil Richardson, COO – Neil has over 22 years experience in mineral exploration and mining

operations of base metal and precious metal deposits throughout Canada. Recently, Neil was the

Exploration Manager of Murgor Resources Inc., where he was involved in the delineation of three

projects to NI 43-101 compliant mineral resource estimates, project generation and process

discipline. Prior to joining Murgor in 2006, Neil worked for HudBay Minerals Inc. as a Senior

Exploration Geologist responsible for greenfield and brownfield projects in the Flin Flon – Snow Lake

area. He consulted to VMS since September 2009, and became COO in September, 2010.

Mark Fedikow, VP Exploration and Technical Services – Mark has 34 years of industry and

government experience as an exploration geochemist and mineral deposits geologist. He has worked

for major and junior mining companies and the Manitoba Geological Survey, completing his

employment at the Survey as Chief Geologist of the Mineral Deposits Section. In 2001, Mark was the

recipient of the Provincial Geologists Medal, a Canadian national award for outstanding geoscientific

achievement. Mark has been with VMS since 2008.
