WEDDING VENUE PRICING & PACKAGES
Nipomo Creek Farms is a family owned wedding venue on California’s beautiful central coast. Where our rustic and
intimate setting is surrounded by beautiful backdrops of the Nipomo foothills. Our venue is perfect for any wedding needs and offer various package plans to help create your special day.
Saturday Premier Wedding Package $5,000
• Guest Sign-In & Dessert Table• Tables, Chairs, Silverware, Dinner plates, & Water Goblet• Beverage table including two beverage dispensers, 8oz mason
jars and beverage napkins. (We will provide lemonade andiced tea, if youwould another drink please let us know)
• Large Bar and one staffed bartender. We do not sell/provideany alcohol. All alcohol will have to be provided by you.
• Five cocktail tables for appetizer area• Gaming area including Giant Jenga & Corn-hole• Fire pit area that will be lit around 8 p.m and 5 outdoor
heaters• Early morning access to the barn for rehearsal before your
wedding along with some time for set up of your reception.• Initial table & chair set up for the ceremony and reception.
• A bridal suite for bride and bridesmaids. Man cave for Groomand Groom’s men.
• Photo booth

• We require that you obtain liability insurance through yourhomeowner’s policy naming Nipomo Creek Farms.
• Our minimum requirement is $1,000,000.00 coverage.• If you do not have homeowners insurance, there are private
companies that offer wedding insurance such aswww.wedsafe.com.
• We are on the property at 8 a.m., and at that time your vendorsmay come in and set up up all food, decorations, andequipment. We allow ample time for you to come in and set upany decorations you might be contributing.
• You are able to come any time after 8 a.m for dressing andphotographs.
• Music must end by 10:00 p.m.(Clean up can take place until 11:00 p.m) No exceptions.
• A non refundable deposit of $1000.00 is due at the time ofbooking. Deposit amount is applied to the total amount due.
• A refundable security deposit of $500.00 isdue on a separate check due two weeks before event.
• We will create a payment plan that works for you• Final payment for your event is due two weeks
before your event.

• The caterer, florist, music, minister and photographerare not included in our package.
• You are able to hire any vendor you would like• It is your duty to establish what services your
vendors will provide.• We encourage you to hire full service vendors.• Please have your DJ’s, florists and caterers contact us about
setup before you wedding day.
• You must bring in your own beer, wine, andchampagne if you wish to have alcohol at your wedding.Kegs must be brought in the morning of the weddingto give the beer time to settle.
• Please limit kegs to 1 per 100 people. You must furnish tapsfor the kegs. We recommend ample amounts of ice.
• We do not charge sales tax, or cork fees in addition toany of our prices.
• A tip jar will be out at the bar, but if you wish to have itremoved please let us know.
• A bar including hard liquor will require you to hire an outside security service. There is also an additional $250 fee forserving hard liquor

Alcohol
• We have an area for a barbecue pit. It is away from thearea your guests would normally be in.
• WE DO NOT PROVIDE A BARBEQUE PIT!• We do have a BBQ for rent, please contact us for pricing.• There is a large parking lot for all guest.• Flowers for the buffet table, centerpieces for tables for your
guests, and ceremony flowers are left to your discretion, asis any other decoration you may desire.
• All children are to be adequately supervised. You areresponsible for any damage done by them.
• All garbage is to be properly bagged and placed in properreceptacle by yourself/caterers.
Bridal Suite - Bridal Suite for the bride to do her make-up and relax with her bridal party. Comes with a private bathroom
Grooms Room - Grooms Room(Shack) shaded area for groomsmen to relax before ceremony begins. Not ideal for getting ready.
