Via their phones the staff can very efficient communicate the status of the minibar

to the accounting system. The staff enters the room and communicates the information

by phone (GSM, WiFi) to the MobiCall Server which passes all the information to the billing system.

Emergency Calls

Mobicall will pick up the call immediately (e.g.999) and forward it to responsible persons.

The first one answering the call will be joined with the caller. Recording is an option.

Mobicall will never be busy and takes care of finding the right person to answer!

Emergency Conferencing

is to join the related persons together into a conference. This can be done from any phone.

Room-by-Room Evacuation

The Security Manager launches the evacuation via web or phone (dial-in).

This task requires authentication via ID / password. Option: MobiCall gets the information which rooms are occupied from the PMS,

occupied rooms get called first. Guests hear the alarm message in different languages.
