New Vent Fans with Built-in Radiation/Fire DampersBuilding on the success of the model 680FRD ventilator with a built-in fire-rated radiation damper, Marley isplease to announce the addition of models 650FRD and 610FRD to their Builder Products line. Both newmodels along with the 680FRD will meet building code requirements for both commercial and multi-familyconstruction when a fire rating of up to 3 hours is required.

These new models will share the same heavy gage steel housing, steel duct adapter and steel grille as the680FRD as well as a ULC/UL listed “Ceiling Fire-Stop Damper” that offers the best protection against flamepenetration and radiant heat.

To compliment the 680FRDs 80 cfm @ 2.5 sone rating for rooms up to 95 square feet, the 650FRD is rated forsmaller rooms up to 65 square feet with 50 cfm @ 2.5 sones and the 610FRD for larger rooms up to 125 squarefeet with 100 cfm @ 3.0 sones.

All models come completely factory-assembled to insure consistent quality and safety.

Features include:• Rugged, 22-gage rust resistant plated steel housing.• Steel duct adapter with integral back draft damper pre-assembled to housing.• Plug-in totally enclosed permanently lubricated motor.• Spring-mounted white painted low profile steel grille.• Mounting brackets included for installation between ceiling joists or drop ceilings.• Performance: 50 CFM @ 2.5 Sones, 80 CFM @ 2.5 Sones and 100 CFM @ 3.0 Sones.• ULC and CSA listed• HVI (Home Ventilating Institute) certified.Damper Construction:• 22-gage galvanized steel frame.• Stainless Steel closure springs.• High heat, non-asbestos ceramic blanket.• Replaceable 165 degree F fusible link. • ULC and UL listed “Ceiling Fire Stop Damper” with up to 3-hour fire resistance rating.

Models 650FRD and 610FRD will be available for shipment mid-April.
