Enter legal name. First and last are

required; middle initial is not.

Take note of your User ID! It will be needed to log in

to Global.

Enter email address. CalATERS

correspondence will be sent here.

Click “Next”

Enter your business phone #

Based on your State employment status,

select “Employee” or “Non Employee”.

Select your bargaining unit

This field is automatically updated based on the distribution of your payroll.

“N” indicates you will receive expense reimbursements via warrant; “Y” indicates you will receive expense reimbursements via EFT (same account

used for payroll).

Click “Next”

If your residence is different from your mailing address, select “No”

and complete the Residence Address information in the

additional fields that display.

Enter your mailing address.Warrants will be mailed here,

and this address may be used by your Accounting Office to

validate mileage expenses.

Click “Next”

Click “Change Default Approver”

Enter supervisor’s last name

Click “Look Up”

Select your approver and click “OK”

Your approver will not appear if he/she has not yet registered.

If this is the case, click “Cancel”; your approver may be added later.

Enter your work address

Click “Next”

This confirmation/temporary password email is sent to the email address you

provided in your profile. With your User ID noted earlier and this password, return to the CalATERS Global

homepage and log in.

guidelines for setting a new password.
