The day will last until about 4:30 pm – since the objective is for you to enjoy things leisurely and never feel rushed.

Here is the owner’s description of what

you’ll do and taste/eat:

Our Cooking Classes last about 3 - 4 hours

and allow for the group to observe and then

participate, alternately. We make two types

of Pasta, Tagliolini and the wider, Tagliatelle.

A type of Tuscan bread (focaccia) or Pizza,

Grilled Vegetables, and - of course, Tiramisù!

Wine Tasting with Us:

You will visit the Super Tuscan and Balsamic Vinegar Cellars, where you will gain an

understanding of the rare and limited production process for our Balsamic Vinegar,

using small casks which are open to allow for natural evaporation. In the Super Tuscan

wine cellar you will be able to taste 4 or 5 wines:

Easy to Fall in Love - an exquisite dessert wine - the grape having the flavor and scent of

wild strawberries.

Chianto Classico - aged over 3-4 years, we bottle only a selected final product annually.

Super Tuscan - A limited production of the highest quality, which we restrict to only

450-500 bottles annually. This wine will have been aged for 5 years in small oak casks.

You will also have the chance to try our 30-year-old Balsamic Vinegar over ice cream,

a unique and memorable experience!

We do not sell our wines commercially; they cannot be found in supermarkets, shops or

restaurants. We sell only privately, and ship all over the world.
