New Treehouses coming to Center ParcsWoburn Forest
Following the huge popularity of Treehouse accommodation at SherwoodForest, Elveden Forest and Longleat Forest, Center Parcs has announced thatthree brand new Treehouses are being built at Woburn Forest to be ready forfamilies autumn 2018, one of which is specially adapted for wheelchairaccess.
Set amongst 400 acres of Bedfordshire woodland, the Treehouses have beendesigned to embrace the forest, which is reflected throughout the interior. A
spiral staircase winding round a faux tree trunk is central to the layout anddetails such as floor to ceiling retractable doors, a large outdoor terrace,smoked oak timber walls and oak planked floor all help to incorporate thesurroundings and create a true forest experience for families.
Suitable for up to eight guests, there will be plenty of room to spend timetogether in luxury, with three large stylish bedrooms situated on the lowerlevel; one double room with en-suite bathroom and two twin rooms with en-suite shower-rooms. On the upper level of the Treehouse, the master suitewill offer a secluded escape for relaxation after a busy day. All four bedroomswill have their own private balconies, accessible through full height, slidingglass doors.
The living area will be a great space for the whole family, with a beautifulfireplace – the perfect area to share stories from the adventures that day. Inthe dining area, an eight person dining table will make for a good setting forlong lunches and ambient dinners and beyond the dining area a daybed willbe a quiet retreat to curl up for story time.
Each Treehouse will be decked out with the latest technology including aplasma TV mounted above the fireplace in the central living area and iPoddocks throughout. The open kitchen will be fully equipped with an integratedmicrowave, dishwasher, fridge freezer, oven and wine cooler. A chalk boardon the dividing wall between the kitchen and daybed adds a playful elementto the space.
For the ultimate indulgence, Treehouse guests will have a large hot tub andsauna on the outside terrace to enjoy, and the surrounding trees providenatural cover. A dedicated entertainment room called a ‘Games Den’ is to besituated in a separate section of the structure, which can be reached by abridge from the main terrace.
This style of accommodation even comes with its own Treehouse host, oncall if you need anything during your stay. With a gorgeous, locally sourcedwelcome pack on arrival and bikes already delivered, it’s the most indulgentbolt hole you can have at Center Parcs.
