OSLT (Occupation Specifi c Language Training)Workplace Communication Skills
• Understand workplace culture in Ontario• Clearly and effectively interact with customers, clients, suppliers,
colleagues, supervisors, project teams and stakeholders• Develop strong interviewing, networking and career-building
communication skills
