New SkyBest Internet Guardian Customer Instructions  Download Instructions IMPORTANT! First, you must uninstall and remove current antivirus software from your computer before installing SkyBest Internet Guardian powered by Trend Micro. This includes removing any  previous Trend Micro antivirus software. 1. Go to your computer’s Control Panel. 2. Click on Programs and Features. 3. Scroll down and click on the antivirus program you want to remove. 4. Click uninstall. 5. Follow the simple directions from your computer to complete the removal of the software. 6. Repeat these steps until all antivirus programs are removed from your computer. 7. You are now ready to install SkyBest Internet Guardian powered by Trend Micro. With SkyBest Internet Guardian, you will be able to register up to three computers. 

 

Step 1 – In your web browser, type: http://myaccount.skybest.com   

Enter your SkyBest email address and password. Click Login. 

 

 

Step 2 – To begin downloading SkyBest Internet Guardian on your computer, click Trend Micro AV.  

 

 

 

 

Step 3 – If you are a new Trend Micro customer, a screen will appear with information on the software. 

Read the information, scroll to the bottom and click Click here to proceed if you are ready to install 

SkyBest Internet Guardian. 

 

 

 

Step 4 – Initially a serial/key number will be generated for your first computer. Additional computers will 

need a new serial/key number generated when you are downloading SkyBest Internet Guardian to an 

additional computer. (You can register up to three computers.) Write down the serial/key number and 

add a description for the computer you are currently updating. You will need this information to 

complete the download.

Step 5 – Click Download. Then, click Run. This may take a couple of minutes.  Step 6 – Click Yes when the User Account Control window appears.  Wait for the installation to extract the files needed for installing the antivirus software.        

Step7 – Click Restart Now when prompted to restart your computer.

  After restarting, the installation will continue.     

Step 8 – Type your serial number and click Next.

Step 9 – Read the terms of the License Agreement and click Agree and Install. This may take a few minutes. 

       

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Step 10 – Your Computer name should automatically appear in the “Computer name” box. Enter your 

email address, read the Trend Micro Privacy Statement, check that you have read and agreed to the 

Trend Micro Privacy Statement and click Next.  

 

Step 11 – Click Finish. 

You will see the main console of your Titanium program.  There should also be a Trend Micro Titanium 

Maximum Security icon on your computer desktop.
