magnectic stripAll things good!At the young age of 15, my father left Italy to come to The United States in search of a better life. With him, he brought the art of Italian scratch baking. He was very successful and opened many locations known as Angelo’s many locations known as Angelo’s Bakery. I decorated my first weddingcake at the age of 15 while working for him in our family business and since then, baking is all I have ever known. My father lived his American dream. I inherited his love of baking and opened The Bake Shop Eate and opened The Bake Shop Eatery in 2010. We push through the long hours, strenuous work and high temperatures maaking all of our breads and rolls from scratch. While it truly is a labor of love, I cannot imagine living in a world where frozen overtakes fresh. Although my Dad passed away 11 years ago, I know he would be proud!
