8:30 - School begins!
6th Grade1. Everyday language arts2. Everyone takes a music elective3. Everyone takes art/keyboarding (semester classes)4. No recess, but everyone has physical education every other day5. Everyone takes honors language arts, history, science
7th Grade1. Students may take a high school credit course (Algebra 1, Spanish 1,
French 1, German 1, Latin 1)2. Communications and Accelerated Literacy are offered3. Guitar is added as a music elective4. Everyone takes Tech. Ed./ FACS (semester classes)5. There are separate academic and honors classes
8th Grade1. Leadership opportunities2. Opportunity for more high school credit courses3. 90 minutes of resource & 3 electives4. 8th grade events (neon dance, lock-in, spring fling, etc.)5. Transition to Potomac Falls High School
