• 1 National center • 31 Provincial centers• 328 Prefecture centers• 2431 County offices

– Communication Network • Domestic service network (CMA intranet) is isolated from internet,

fast, safe and highly controlled.• Terrestrial wide band network, satellite two way communication,

satellite broadcast• International connections, WMO RTH Beijing, WIS, GTS

– Service• Public, security and natural resource oriented meteorology

Local government, CMA local office and mobile operators are working together to promote cell broadcast public warning.

More than twenty provinces have announced to start cell broadcast public warning.
