The ‘C’ Series range of heaters use the latest technologies available resulting in reduced running cost, noise and emissions.The sophisticated controls that enable the precise amount of heat output to match the demand. Being a condensing appliance it uses less energy to produce the required heat output as it uses more of the energy input when compared to a similar sized non-condensing heater.

The additional heat energy is produced by passing the exhaust flue gases through a secondary heat exchanger where the heat is transferred into the air stream. In this way latent heat, which would otherwise escape and be lost to atmosphere, is substantially recovered and utilised in the heat delivery process.

The option of Cleanflow electronic filtration: will provide your system with the added benefit of filtered air within the home. With the heating unit running on full demand the air in the house will pass over the heater six times per hour. At every pass the air will be filtered and 95% of airborne pollutants down to 1 micron can be removed. Particles such as pollen, house dust and cigarette smoke will be eliminated.

QuanTec boiler range

The QuanTec HR28C is the first thoroughbred combi boiler in the world with integral

PFGHR built into the primary heat exchanger of the boiler, delivering significant savings

in energy consumption, CO2 emissions and at an affordable price, giving a realistic

payback and a reduced environmental impact.

The full condense technology increases domestic hot water efficiency to levels not

reached before in any combi boiler. Energy savings of up to 26% over a typical water

heater are achieved.

Incorporating the PFGHR into the primary heat exchanger has resulted in raising

efficiency of the DHW to a weighted seasonal efficiency of 95.51% This has resulted

in the comparative hot water efficiencies currently being the highest listed on the SAP

Air/flue operates at very low temperatures.

No clearance needed between the air duct and adjacent services.

Vertical appliance adaptor is fitted as part of the air heater.

The condensing warm air heaters and boilers are certified with corresponding flue systems according to EU Directive on gas-fired devices.The maximum flue length permissible is 12m excluding the terminal.

The minimum flue length is 1.25m from the top of the appliance case to the top of the terminal.

Longer flues may be fitted, however the input to the appliance will reduce accordingly.

Elbows may be fitted within the system with a corresponding reduction in overall flue length.

If an extended horizontal flue is being used it must have a continuous fall back towards the appliance of 3˚ (52mm) per metre.

This ensures that condensate runs back into the appliance from the flue system for safe discharge via the condensate waste pipe.
