Alejandro we are part of the company and we are managers from different departments.This is just one more project we are managing.

3Brief Of The Project The board room has invited us to do a formal meeting in which they gave us the brief of Supercharged soup Launch. The company has decided to launch a supercharged range of canned soup products in order to increment the portfolio in UK with three tasty flavours.Soup products in UK has a potential market share and equivalent growth over the past few years. The budget is 4.5 million. The date of launch is on Sept 2015 in the United Kingdom. Team responsibility (with the board) is to oversee the research, development and manufacture of new soup products for a multinational corporation based in US. On the 6th of January, 2015 we have to present a project plan to the Senior Management Team. Team has to ensure the success of the launch in terms of deliver on time, on budget and at an appropriate quality standard.THE TEAM
