Initial recommendations• Clarify range of Tx and Px linkages and

implications for PLHIV• Develop guidance on ‘risk’ and ‘shared

responsibility’ for PLHIV• Clarify target audiences of NPTs and plans for

access at country-level• Map out what ‘meaningful engagement’ of

PLHIV in clinical trials would look like• Develop clear guidelines for networks of PLHIV

and normative agencies on representation in international consultations and meetings
