    In continuation of this office notification cited above, the B.Sc. Nursing [Basic &

    PB], B.Pharm, Pharm-D & Post Baccalaureate Pharm-D, BPT, B.Sc. (MLT), B.Sc.

    [Radiography], B.Sc. Allied Health Science courses, BPO , B.Sc Optometry, BAMS &

    BNYS Examinations will be held from 20th August 2013 The detailed Time Table will

    notify shortly.

    Fee Structure Colleges have to collect the following fees from thecandidates.

    1. Examination Application Form fee Rs. 100/-2. Marks Card fee Rs. 200/-3. B.Pharm, B.Sc. [Nursing Basic] & B.Sc. [Nursing

    PB], BPO, BPT, B.Sc. Allied Sciences, Pharm - D.Post Baccalaureate Pharm - D, B.Sc. (MLT) andB.Sc. (Radiography), B.Sc Optometry, BAMS &

    BNYS

    Rs. 300/- perpaper

    4. Provisional Degree Certificate (PDC) Rs. 500/-5. Fee for issuing of Degree Certificate for

    absentia (only final year candidate have topay fee for absentia for degree certificate)India NationalsForeign Nationals

    Rs. 1000/-Rs. 3000/-

    Instructions to the CandidatesNote:

    1. Final year Candidates of all the faculties are required to pay the

    provisional degree certificate fee, and convocation fee along withthe examination fee compulsorily.

    2. The students admitted under management quota and therepeaters, including SC/ST Category I and other categorycandidates who have selected seat through CET have to pay theexamination fee as shown above. (Ref: Latter No. REG/Ex-II/SC/ST/BLM 59/2003-04, dated 18/11/2003).

    3. The failed candidates (repeaters) need not pay the marks card feeof Rs. 200/- as they already paid.

    4. The fee once paid cannot be refunded or readjusted under any

    circumstances.5. Change of Centre shall not be permitted.

    Instructions to the Principals / Heads of Institutions1. Attendance:

    The Principals of Colleges are required to furnish attendance of allthe candidates by calculating the attendance up to the last workingday of course/term. There is no provision for condo nation ofAttendance.

    2. Internal Assessment:

    a. Last Date for Submission of Internal AssessmentMarks [Statement of Internal Assessment marks(Regular & repeaters) should be sent through onlineonly]Note: Hard copies of IA Marks need not besubmitted. It should be kept under safe custody ofthe Principal and should be produced on demand bythe University.

    Note:1. The I.A. Marks sent (through online) after the above date will

    be returned to the concerned colleges and the Principals aresolely held responsible for the lapses on this behalf as per letterNo. Ex - I/UE/IA/Marks/105/98-99 dated 21-12-1998.

    2. Internal Assessments marks list should send in a separate coverby indicating IA marks on the cover to concerned Section alongwith the list updated in the online.

    3. Exam application forms should send in a separate coverseparately.

    4. The Principals should send the filled examination applicationforms in the order of Examinationwise/Batch-wise/scheme-wise.

    5. The Principal should submit the list of candidates who have notsubmitted the filled application form in separate cover alongwith filled application forms.

    6. Candidate should affix the latest stamp size photo on theapplication form attested by the Principal with seal andsignature.

    7. Filled application forms should be signed by both the candidates

    and the Principal in the required places.8. The Principal should verify all the filled application forms and

    should reach the Registrar (Evaluation) on or before thespecified dates by insured post or submitted in person.

    9.The Principals should collect the notified fees from all the eligiblecandidates and send a Challen by consolidating the total fees amountdrawn in favour of Registrar (Evaluation), Rajiv Gandhi University ofHealth Sciences, payable at Bangalore along with the Statementshowing the details of Names of the candidates, RegisterNumbers, Subject appearing and fee paid etc. In triplicate.

    Separate statement may be sent for the candidates who have paid the feewith fine along with otherdetails.

    The Principal of the Institutions have to submit the details of SC/ST andCategory I candidates who have selected a seat under CET quotaenclosing the caste / income certificate of the parents along withform No. I & II. After verification the University will approve the names ofthe eligible candidates for the exemption of payment of examination feeand the same may be claimed by the Institutions from the Social WelfareDepartment or from the backward class and Minorities Department as perG. O. No. SWL 229/BCA/80 dated 16-12-1982.

    The Institutions have to collect the examination fees from all thecandidates including the SC/ST/Cat-I candidates whether seat is selected undermanagement or Govt quota and remit to the University vide circular of RGUHSdated 22-11-2004.

    The University will not claim the examination fees from the social welfare,backward class and minorities Dept / Corporation.

    The Institution should not collect Examination fees from the Ineligible candidate.

    The Principals shall sendseparate statements for Convocation Feeand Provisional Degree Certificate fee collected from the students who

    are appearing for the Final Year Examination with details such asRegister Number, Name of the Candidate, Amount paid, and send the separateChallen addressed to the Registrar (Evaluation).

    Please notify all University Communications especially this ExaminationNotification prominently on the Notice Boards of the institutions including hostelsfor the benefit of the students. Internal Assessment marks and attendanceof the Students shall be displayed on the Notice Boards for the benefitof the students without fail.
