good facilities but the infrastructure is old, clinical adjacencies are poor and patient privacy is an issue.

• Difficulty meeting increasing demand.

• The hospital is located on an isolated site with poor transport links.

Scope of the Project• 300 bed cardiothoracic facility on the CBC (excludes

Research Institute)• Installation and commissioning of ICT network

infrastructure• Supply, installation, maintenance and replacement of

equipment as defined by the Equipment Responsibility Matrix (no MES)

• Maintenance, repair and replacement of all primary infrastructure

• Provision and operation of retail facility• Provision of a range of hard and soft FM services• Contract term – 30 years plus construction
