• Slide 1 - Our grant is in direct correlation with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commissions FEIS on this Docket.
• Slide 2 - Chester County is located in the SE of PA• Slide 3 - West Bradford is located in the middle of Chester County. Bradford Glen is in the
middle of the Township. • Slide 4 - History is important in understanding pipeline ROW and urban development. Note
pipeline ROW prior to subdivision development.• Slide 5 - Community Facts: 490 single family homes, 33 streets, 250 acres, Columbia gas line
bisects the subdivision, Subdivision labeled as a HCA (line 1278).• Slide 6 - information was presented as a rebuttal to the FEIS.• Slide 7 - GTS is out of Harrisburg, PA and specializes in geo-technical, environmental and
engineering services. These are the primary issues they will be addressing. Infrastructure includes: gas line, interstate T1 fiber optic, local Fios, phone, cable, electric, water, sewer, storm drainage. Potential Impact Radius. Shut-off valves in relation to a PIR incident. Overall assessment of the environmental vs. human factors.
