Dear Parents and Caregivers  

Presentation Night  is on next Tuesday, 18  December  at  7:00pm  in  the Wongarbon Community Hall.   

We  ask  all  students,  parents,  relatives 

and  guests  to  be  there  early, 

approximately 6:30pm or before  to get 

a  seat  ready  to  start  promptly  at 

7:00pm.  Our  captains,  Jessica  Priddis 

and  Ethan  Conte  and  our  vice  captains 

Elliot  Rice  and  Logan  Sattler  will  be 

primed  as our hosts  and  ready  to  start 

at 7:00pm.  

The  P&C  will  be  providing  coffee/  tea 

and cordial after Presentation Night and 

we ask each family to provide a plate of 

food for supper. 

Bring plenty of money  for raffles or  tea 

towels to support our P&C. 

‘Try Always’

This is our ‘night of nights’ where every 

child  receives  personal  recognition 

with  an  individual  award  and  some 

students  receive  additional  special 

awards. Besides this, each class will put 

on a special item to entertain the mass 

of people attending.  

Thank  you  to  Martin  Lawson  for 

volunteering to pick up 200 chairs from 

Dubbo  College  South  Campus  for 

Presentation Night.

Exciting end of year

          

 

  

We have planned a very special day to celebrate the last day of Term 4, 2018.  

After we have cleaned up the hall following Presentation Night we will be off to Ten Pin Bowling for bowling and lunch. The P&C are generously paying for this day out.  

We will return to school to have a very special visitor at 2:00pm.  

This  will  be  a  great  conclusion  to  what  has  been  quite  a remarkable  and  successful  year.  Permission  notes  need  to  be returned to the school office by the Friday, 14 December.  

        

 

 

This  Friday,  14 December, we will be having  a Christmas  craft day  followed  by  a  fun  sport  afternoon.  We  may  even  have sprinklers going depending on  the weather. This  is an  ‘OUT OF UNIFORM’ day for a gold coin donation. The gold coin donation will  go  towards  the  Year  6  gift  to  the  school.  Year  6  will  be organising the sporting events.   

Everyone is becoming quite excited about our school excursion to  the  Parkes  Telescope  on  Thursday,  13  December.  Please ensure  that  all  children  are  in  school uniform  and  bring  their recess and lunch in their school bag.
