Codification by Group Classification:

What do we mean by coding? By this, we give a unique number to a particular item in the inventory. For instance, 010237 might mean a specific item in inventory such as a particular kind of gasket, of a certain material, of a certain shape, and of certain dimensions. Of course, each of these numbers or groups of numbers (within the total identification number) should convey some unique information. For instance, the following numbers might be used to describe the first classification of materials in an inventory:

01 – Raw materials02 – Purchased components03 – Spare parts04 – Tools05 – Fixtures and Patterns06 – Other supplies07 – Work-in-process material08 – Finished goods09 – Capital Equipment

The next classification group may be based on, say, ‘shape’ of the items. For instance:1… Wire 4… Bar2 …Tubing 5 … Sheet3… Rod 6… Strip

Further classification could be based on the material of construction. For instance:

01… Mild Steel02 … Stainless Steel – 30403 … Stainless Steel – 31604 … Stainless Steel — …05 … Stainless Steel — …06 … Copper07 … Brass08 … Bronze09 … Aluminum10 … Special alloy11 … PVC12 … Polypropylene

To this, one may add further classifications in terms of the composition, use, characteristics, etc.

For instance, for metals we could have a group of classification as follows:

01 … Cold rolled,02 … Tempered03 … Normalized04 … Annealed,05 … Hardened etc

If the material is a wire, then the next group of classification could be in terms of the ‘use’ characteristics such as:

01 … 5 amps02 … 15 amps03 … 25 ampsThus, an item could be coded as:

08 1 06 03 01This nine digit code uniquely identifies the item as a ‘Finished’ Product, Wire made of copper, Normalized for 5 amps performance.

Codification as done above is called Codification by group classification where the identification is done by reserving a number of characters (spaces) for each ‘group’ of classification. In each group the relevant ‘details are sequentially numbered.

Why do we blink our eyes?

To oil, lube, and filter the eyes.

Blinking, as opposed to batting, our eyes automatically supplies two forms of moisture to our eyes, to keep them from drying out, and to keep foreign matter from entering and irritating our eyes. Eyelids themselves, our built-in "wind-shield wipers," are merely folds of skin, controlled by muscles capable of expanding and contracting so rapidly, that blinking does not impair our vision. Mother Nature lined the rims of our eyelids with 20-30 sebaceous, oil-producing glands, which are located between our eyelashes, and are invisible to the naked eye. Blinking automatically coats the eyelid and eyelashes with the lubricant it secretes, to prevent them from drying out.

Blinking also protects the eye from dryness by irrigating, not by irritating, the eye, The eyelid, through suction, automatically draws the fluid we cry with from the well we refer to as the tear duct over the eyeball, to irrigate, and to moisturize the eye. The process is similar to the manner in which the farmer uses water to irrigate his crops during a dry spell.

Yet another benefit of blinking, is to shield the eye from foreign bodies. Our eyelashes, short, curved, hairs, attached to the eyelids, serve as dust-catchers, as the blinking reflex causes them automatically to lower, when exposed to harsh elements. Nature endowed the camel with extraordinarily long, curly, eyelashes, to protect his eyes from sudden sandstorms in the desert. Incidentally, the "camel eyelash" look is one many women attempt to duplicate by using an eyelash curler! Eyebrows, by the way, also serve their purpose, as they catch the run-off perspiration produces.

Design observation

1. 100 MM horizontal bow is observed

2. Structure is not standard it is fully shaking it will not with stand wind

3. Angle base plate is very weak and to be strengthen 4. Modules mounting holes pitch is not matching with

with 15MM dia, where our module fixing holes are 12x8 selected holes

9. Brackets fixed on horizontal beam are not holding section properly and structure is moving

Workman Observation

1. Only 19 modules are fixed in one array (24 modules)2. Time take for assembling 19 modules 3.5 Hrs. 3. They have damaged our module frame by drilling extra holes

Thought the tiny seed may appear hopeless and Insignificant, it is not. It does what it must, when It can, and manifests its grand possibilities.
