Christy: Good morning, ladies and gentlemen. Welcome to SMK Toh Puan Dato Patinggi Hajah

Normah. Thank you so much for gracing our District Level, English Drama Competition. Myname is Christy Eleanor Dublin

Ghafar: and I am Abdul Ghafar Bin Mohd Jamal. We would be your MCs for todays ceremony.Todays program sequence is reflected in the program sheet. During the ceremony, we would

request the audience to stand when the Guest of Honour arrives and at the singing of the Schoolsong.

Christy: The ceremony would be starting shortly. We would appreciate it if you could kindlyswitch your mobile phones to silent mode. Thank you.

[Mdm. Pau signals to MCs that Guard of Honour is ready.]

Ghafar: Ladies and Gentlemen, please stand and let us welcome our Guest of Honour, PegawaiPendidikan Daerah Daro, Mr. Mortada Bin Sat.

[PPD marches in. Stand in position]

Christy: Ladies and Gentlemen, please remain standing for our state anthem.

[The technician plays the state anthem. State anthem ended.]

Ghafar: Please be seated.

Christy: A very good morning and may I extend a warm welcome to our Guest-of-Honour, PPDDaro, Mr. Mortada Bin Sat, our Principal, Mdm Hajah Aisyah Bt. Hj Ahmad, our panel of

adjudicators, distinguished guests and everyone present. We want to thank you for being here tomake this occasion merrier.

Today we celebrate the investiture of our new Student Councilors. We would also like to thank

our graduating student leaders in the Student Council, Uniform Groups and Band for theircontributions to the school.

Fatullah:The theme of todays ceremony is Thinker Inspirer Servant. This is also the mottoof our schools Student Council. The student leaders of our school aspire to develop thesequalities in our lives. You would hear more about this from our Student Council Presidents later.

So Christy, since we're hosting this drama competition, I have to ask- whose team do you think

will win this competition?

Good question Ghafar. Actually, all our contestants perform very well. They are very energetic

and their performances are awesome. I cant give you the answer since all of them seem to do

their best.

Ladies & Gentlemen, our first category of awards this evening is Best Actor and Actress.
