mother goes to work by train because she works in the city centre. Jack’s father is a nurse and goes to

work by bus. Jack goes to school by bike. His school is near his house.

1. What is Beth’s favourite animal at the zoo? Beth doesn’t like monkeys. Her sister likes cheetahs,

but Beth doesn’t like them. She likes parrots because they are colourful and they can fly. There is a

beautiful parrot at the zoo now. Beth wants to see it.
