Needs:

• Transportation! No Taxis, public buses, can only get around on foot or in a private vehicle. Most services are within walking distance but only if in good physical condition.

• Many of the buildings are not accessible for individuals with disabilities. This is due to zoning clauses that protect historic buildings.
