Safety systemThanks to an integrated pressure regulator, the safety blowgun ensures the safety of the operator and machines all time.

The principle is simple:

When in close proximity to any obstacle, the pressure drops quickly up to 0.5 bar once directly in contact with the object.

Conversely, as soon as the nozzle is removed from the obstacle, the pressure rises automatically

Conclusion : A progressive trigger for a better control !

The trigger is very sensitive and has a long, easily controlled movement, which allows the user to control the flow accurately. This responsive and gradual action gives greater sensitivity when using the blowgun in the workplace.

According to the selected nozzle

1) Measurement following the ISO 15744 norm : portable machines with non-electric engine - Code for the measurement of noise levels –Method of expertise. In that case, 3 microphones are positioned at 1 meter around the geometrical centre of the blow gun, following the positions determined by the ISO 15744 norm (points 1, 4 and 5). The measures are performed in an acoustic room.

2) Measurement at the workstation : a measurement is realized at ear level of the operator in a realistic position. The operator holds the blow gun in front of him, his arm half bended, air escape at his front, that is to say at about 60cm of his ear.

Conclusion : Guarantee of safety!Our new blowguns are particularly silent which allows us to be in compliance with the OSHA 1910.95 (b) and the directive 2003/10/CE* = guarantee of safety for the user!*according to the chosen nozzle
