III. REVIEW OF MINUTESA. July 8, 2015 Public Session MinutesUpon motion made by Ms. Braun-Scalera, and seconded by Ms. Borden, the Board votedto approve the July 8, 2015 minutes as amended. Voting in favor: all.
IV. EXECUTIVE DIRECTORS REPORT Executive Director, Dr. Walker discussed the annual ASWB meeting to take place
on April 27, 28, and 29, 2016, in Jersey City, New Jersey. Dr. Walker will not be present for the November 18, 2015 Board meeting. Dr. Walker informed the Board that Skype is not HIPPA compliant for use in
Teletherapy sessions.

VII. REVIEW OF CLINICAL SUPERVISORS CREDENTIALS
Upon motion by Ms. Braun Scalera, seconded by Ms. Manley, the Board voted toapprove the supervisors as presented. Voting in favor: all.

VIII. VOTE ON CANDIDATES PROPOSED FOR CERTIFICATION/LICENSURE
Upon motion made by Ms. Manley, and seconded by Dr. Hall Apgar, the Board voted toapprove the following candidates as qualified for LCSW , LSW and CSW based on reviewof their application documents and in accordance with the Statute and Regulations andsubject to review in the cases of pending criminal history background checks.
