Introducing the New JAGGAER User Interface

As part of our JAGGAER ONE unified platform strategy, the User Experience team is

excited to introduce a new User Interface that provides a common user experience across

all JAGGAER ONE modules.

Benefits of the new UI include:

- More usable screen space

- A more intuitive user experience across all of our solutions

- A more aesthetically pleasing user experience

What You Will See in the New UI

The most visible changes include:

1. New Sidebar Navigation (incl. Configurable Colors)

2. Standardization of Solution Icons (in Navigation)

3. A more streamlined Header

Our primary goal with the new UI is to align the look & feel across all JAGGAER ONE

modules, from Source-to-Contract to Procure-to-Pay and Supply Chain Management.

The initial focus is on the major elements displayed on all solutions, a user’s interaction with

those elements, and providing a more clean and open workspace.

• More intuitive navigation through a clean & functional platform UI while supporting

branding and color schemes (see examples)

• Standardization of Icons and workspace UI across all solutions

• In certain cases, changes from a banner to logo will be required to fit in the streamlined

Header. Review and manage prior to or during UIT and Prep.

UI Rollout Timeline

• Formerly Indirect Modules – 19.2 Beta, 19.3 Beta, 20.1 Standard

• Formerly Advantage Modules – 19.3 Beta, 20.1 Standard

• Formerly Direct Modules – 19.3 Beta, 20.1 Standard

• Sourcing Optimizer is not included in this initial release of UI enhancements

You will be able to review the new UI beginning with the Beta releases shown above, and you can choose to adopt the new UI for all of your users with the 19.3 release. The UI changeover will take effect for all customers with the 20.1 release.
