Background

• In August, 2008, Joint Secretary, Training Division,

informed Academy of Administration, Bhopal about

the request of KVS.

• The Academy has the previous experience of

teachers/professors teaching skills courses.

The KVS request

“We need to train our teachers and staff members more

professionally in order to improve the quality and

efficiency in the delivery system. As a strategic

measure, we plan to develop a pool of trainers to train

our teachers & staff members. We also need to train

some of our officers in designing and evaluation of our

training programmes for effective management of

training and Capacity Building of our staff.”

The KVS officers were apprised of the SAT Courses and others like Mentoring, Facilitation, MoT, etc.
