The right choice

Industrial dryers from NewHolland speed production by dryingtwo ways. Centrifugal force from thespinning action of the basket "throwsoff" excess water, oils, rinses orpaints. At the same time, a turbinefan mounted below the basket createsa powerful suction that pulls airthrough the parts load for added dry-ing power. This double-drying actionassures fast drying and reduces thescarring and marring frequentlyresponsible for costly rejects. In mostcases, you'll get unspotted, moisture-free parts in less than 60 seconds.

Soft Start Controlhandles parts gently

The optional Soft Start motor con-trol provides a smooth, stepless,reduced-voltage acceleration of theparts load to minimize scarring andscratching of delicate parts. Youadjust the initial torque and timing ofthe Soft Start to fit your needs. Theinitial torque applied to the motor isadjustable from 40% to 60% of linevoltage, while the amount of time thedryer takes to accelerate from initialtorque to the full line voltage isadjustable from one to ten seconds.You tailor the Soft Start to your opera-tion and readjust for different partsloads when needed.

Model K-11Tabletop Dryer

The Model K-11 tabletop dryer, withits seven-pound capacity, is designedfor short runs and laboratory testing.It's also ideal for drying batches ofvery small plated parts like jewelryand electronic components. The com-pact "K-11" occupies only about onesquare foot of table space to fit neatlyinto your operation.
