With the POUCH SYSTEMS business unit established in 2005,

WILD-INDAG has made its sophisticated pouch technology available

On the premises in Eppelheim near Heidelberg, the engineers at

WILD-INDAG work in direct proximity to Capri-Sun’s largest inter-

national production site, which allows them to test and refi ne their

machines and systems at any time under production conditions. All

Flexible and fast: our fi lling systemsWILD-INDAG POUCH SYSTEMS provides two systems which are tailor-made for fi lling different pouches: the linear fi lling machine for the standard pouch, and the rotary fi lling machine for the spouted pouch.

The linear fi lling machine

The WILD-INDAG POUCH SYSTEMS linear machine fi lls and seals standard pouches

at maximum speed and effi ciency. The modular structure of the equipment makes it

possible to create product-specifi c combinations of different dosing phases – liquid or

chunky – without speed or effi ciency losses. The high quality ultrasonic sealing safely

closes the pouch.

The rotary fi lling machine

The concept behind WILD-INDAG‘s rotary fi lling ma-

chine is unique; it is based on the beverage industry‘s

neck-handling approach with continuous-motion tech-

nology. This enables manufacturers to achieve top

output while also enjoying maximum fl exibility in the

pouch format, and there is very little wear and tear. The

combination of separately adding the pouch, spouts

and caps as well as fi lling through the spout makes

WILD-INDAG’s technology extremely cost-effective and

creates premium quality.

The standard pouch is the ideal solution for food and pet food as well

as non-food products. It can be created in a variety of material combi-

nations and given different technical properties. For example, a pouch

can be made sterilizable or microwave-safe, depending on your needs.

Standard pouches are suitable for vegetables, fruits, soups, sauces

and ready-to-serve dishes, to name only a few options. They can also

be fi lled with liquid or chunky products in the non-food sector.

The spouted pouch is an extension of the standard pouch. Adding a

spout helps users pour the product conveniently and ― depending on

the design ― can also let the pouch be re-closed. This kind of packag-

ing is ideal for products such as pureed fruit, salad dressing or ketchup

as well as many non-foods.

Both pouches are available in a variety of different sizes.
