GeneralThe top discharge condensing units are provided with the latest advanced technology to provide quiet, reliable performance. The straight V-coils adds aesthetical appeal and gives optimum heat transfer efficiency. The access panels & guards provide access to the compressor and to the control box. Removal of top panel gives access to fan motor and coil.
Unit ConstructionThe indoor unit consists of a coil, motor/blower assembly and a drain pan securely mounted on heavy gauge galvanized steel housing.
Condenser FansAxial type condenser fan are used which precisely match with extra strong fan motor to ensure efficient hot air dissipation.
Blower AssemblyThe units are provided with centrifugal fans which are stati-cally and dynamically balanced, designed for low sound level operation.
Evaporator CoilsThe coils are built up of ripple finned seam-less copper tubes and mechanically bonded to scientifically designed louvered fins. The as-sembled coils are factory leak tested under water at a pressure of 350 psig for quality and leak free units.Condenser Fan Motor
The condenser fan motors are a 4/6 poles electric mo-tor which directly drive the condenser fans confirming to BS/IES standards. They are totally enclosed air over type electric motors with built-in thermal protector class F insulation.
Condenser CoilsThe coils are built up of ripple finned seamless copper tubes and mechanically bonded to scientifically designed louvered fins. The assembled coils are fac-tory leak tested under water at a pressure of 450 [psig] for quality and leak free unit.
Unit CasingThe casing sheet metal is fabricated from hot dipped G90, Zinc coat-ing and zero spangle galvanized steel, oven-baked powder coated.
CompressorThe compressors are her-metically sealed type. The compressors are equipped with internal motor protec-tor and necessary acces-sories for safe operation.
Evaporator Blower MotorThe evaporator blower motor is Belt Drive the evaporator blower. it is open drip proof type electric motors with built-in thermal protector and permanently lubricated ball bearings class B insulation.
Drain PanThe drain pan is fabri-cated from galvanized steel. The drain pan is powder coat painted and the outer surface is thermally insulated.

نبذة عن ال�شركة �سركة �سناعات التربيد (متداولة يف �سوق الكويت للأوراق املالية برقم الت�سنيع واملقاوالت االأن�سطة تعمل يف جمال 504) هي �سركة متنوعة واخلدمات. ونحن نقدم جمموعة كبرية من املنتجات واخلدمات واحللول التقنية يف جمال مواجهة الظروف املناخية وحلول التخزين. وقد حازت
ال�سركة على اإعرتاف اإقليمي بقدراتها الهند�سية وكفاءتها االإدارية.�سركة �سناعات التربيد هي جمموعة �سركات تهدف اإلى توفري اأعلى اإحتياجات تلبي التي واخلدمات املنتجات حيث من اجلودة م�ستويات عملئها ال�سكنية والتجارية. وعلى مدى ثلثة و اأربعون عاما م�ست على اإن�ساء �سركتنا فقد اإ�ستطعنا اأن نوطد اأقدامنا يف جميع قطاعات ال�سوق الكويتي. ونحن اإذ نفتخر باالإجنازات التي حققناها, اإال اأننا اأ�سد فخرا باأننا متكنا من الوقوف اإلى جانب اأهل الكويت على مدى �سنوات طويلة درجات حيث من �سواء القا�سية املناخية الظروف تقلبات مواجهة يف
احلرارة العالية اأو االأتربة اأو الرطوبة.وباإعتبارها اإحدى ال�سركات ال�سناعية العاملة يف دولة الكويت, فقد وقد النجاح, لتحقيق �سعيها يف كبرية واآمال ال�سركة حتديات واجهت كانت ال�سركة – وال تزال – معلما من املعامل املهمة يف نظر اأهل الكويت القا�سية الطبيعة تغري اأن اإ�ستطاعت وخدمات منتجات من قدمته ملا ملناخ الكويت. فبعد نحو 43 عاما تقريبا, ال يزال ال�سوؤال مطروحا حول حتقيقنا لهذه التوقعات, فهل اإ�ستطاعت ال�سركة اأن تتحمل م�سوؤولياتها اأربعني و ثلثة مدى فعلى باالإيجاب, الرد وياأتي االأكمل؟ الوجه على عاما تقريبا مل تتوقف ال�سركة خللها عن االإ�ستمرار يف تقدمي خدماتها اأو القا�سية الطق�س ظروف يف متثلت التي ال�سعوبات رغم واأعمالها اإرتفاع حدة املناف�سة, فقد كانت كل اأو اأو الك�ساد االقت�سادي احلروب واحدة من هذه الظروف مبثابة �سهادة على اأننا حققنا ما وعدنا به وما
عقدنا العزم على تنفيذه. حقائق وتواريخ
1973 مت اإن�ساء امل�ستودعات بناء على مر�سوم اأمريي.باإن�ساء التربيد �سناعات ل�سركة الكويتية ال�سحة وزارة عهدت 1979جممع م�ستودعات خمازن التربيد الطبية, وقد كان هذا املجمع حينها اإلى هو االأ�سخم من نوعه على م�ستوى العامل, وقد و�سلت تكلفته
12,000,000 دينار كويتي.1980 مت اإن�ساء م�سنع مكيفات الهواء التابع ل�سركة �سناعات التربيد يف
ال�سليبية.1981 بدء اإنتاج اأجهزة التكييف املدجمة واملنف�سلة ال�سغرية حتت علمة
.York-Gulf1984 مت قيد �سركة �سناعات التربيد يف �سوق الكويت للأوراق املالية.
1986 بدء اإنتاج مكيفات علمة كولك�س.1991 قامت �سركة �سناعات التربيد باإعادة بناء م�سنعها الذي دمرته
احلرب.1997 احل�سول على �سهادة االآيزو 1994:9001
(ETL) 2002 بدء ت�سغيل خمترب فح�س وحدات التكييف2004 خ�سخ�سة �سركة �سناعات التربيد.
2010 كانت وحدات كولك�س اأول وحدات تكييف هواء جتتاز اللوائح التي اأقرتها (وزارة الكهرباء واملاء).
2010 مت جتديد م�سنع �سركة �سناعات التربيد وبدء التو�سع والت�سدير اإلى الدول املجاورة.
2012 احل�سول على �سهادة UL و AHRI الأجهزة التكييف كولك�س. 2014 احل�سول على �سهادة SASO الأجهزة التكييف املنف�سلة.
2014 احل�سول على �سهادة EUROVENT الأجهزة مناولة الهواء.2014 احل�سول على �سهادة UL ملربدات الهواء ال�سيلر.
2015 احل�سول على �سهادة االأيزو ISO 17025 ملخترب ال�سيكرومرتية.و املنف�سلة التكييف الطاقة الأجهزة كفاء �سهادة 2016 احل�سول على
الوحدات املدجمة (مملكة البحرين).
