CÓRDOBA’S NEW ICON PAYS HOMAGE TO NAMESAKELogo Honors Famed Arches of the Mezquita-Catedral in Córdoba, Spain

SANTA MONICA, CA – Córdoba Guitars has always been about forging connections from the past to the present, paying tribute to old traditions and reviving them with a 21st century twist. The new Arches icon echoes the famed red and white double arches which fill the Mezquita-Catedral, renowned as the city of Córdoba’s greatest structural achievement. A symbol of strength and stability, these arches hold a functional purpose comparable to the Spanish heel neck joint used in the construction of Córdoba Guitars. Always looking for new ways to honor methods of traditional Spanish construction, the Arch icon represents the foundation of Córdoba, Spain, and consequently Córdoba Guitars.

Founded in 1997, Córdoba is a leader and innovator in the acoustic guitar and ukulele market. The instruments are internationally distributed, and played by a growing, eclectic group of talented musicians. Learn more at www.cordobaguitars.com.
