·~r .N4,~VB[_Y" CONDUCT OF CY 2019 3rd QUARTER NATIONWIDE SIMULTANEOUS EARTHQUAKE DRILL (NSED)

1. Pursuant to Memorandum Order No. 140, s. 2018 issued by the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council and QUA Memo#12-0119-0083 herein attached dated 14 January 2019, all schools are hereby directed to conduct the quarterly NSED on the following dates;

2. However due to the conflict of schedule with the pt Quarter Examination, the 3rd Quarter NSED shall be conducted on August 15, 2019 at 2:00PM instead of August 8, 2019 as previously scheduled.

3. The School Heads thru the School DRRM Coordinators shall coordinate with the Local DRRM Council for the conduct of the activity and shall submit the 1 page report as herein attached 4-5 days after the conduct.

4. As per Division Memorandum #82, s. 2018, all reports from the elementary schools within the district shall be submitted to the District DRRM Coordinator who will be in charge of the collation/consolidation of data; while reports from the secondary schools shall be submitted directly to the division office on or before the set deadline. Please refer to attached NSED report template.
